My Review of Bob Moran's Iversen Ford:
I bought a Mustang a few weeks ago from Krista and she was great. She answered all my questions and she was very easy to get on the phone.
I live about 45 minutes from the dealership and because my extra remote was not working -between Krista and Service- they had the remote people come to my work to fix it! It saved me a ton of aggrevation and time when it was tough to get up there to see them. The experience was very positive and I'd certainly recommend this dealer to friends and family. The only downside is that I can't use their service department because I live too far away. The car I purchased is mint btw!!

krista was very helpfull in her non-pressure sales approach from the begining
on a busy day i was treated with respect from krista and all the sales friendly staff
i dont know if i got a great deal or not but it sure felt like it did
and this is coming from sales person who was in sales for over 40yrs and happly retired

When I called about a vehicle I interested in Krista answered the call, she went to see if the vehicle was available and all the information on it, then I made an appointment with her. I arrived at the time we set and was greeted by a smiling and pleasant Krista, we sat down and we talked about the vehicle I was interested in. Krista went and got the vehicle so I could take it for a test drive. We then sat down to talk about the price and for the first time in my life I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a salespersonal, she explained every detail about the vehicle and also about the dealership and all it's services it provides for the customer. I was impressed by her and I would advise my friends and family to purchase a vehicle from Krista and Bob Moran's Iversen Ford, I know I did. Rokyjsm

This is the second car I bought from Tom Downing. He is friendly, honest and patient. He spent a lot of time helping me pick out my new car and is not pushy. I love my new Fusion and would refer anyone looking for a new vechile to Tom, as he is a pleasure to work with!

I was in the market for a truck and located one on your website. I noted the price listed for the truck and sent in a fairly reasonable offer ($1,800 less than the asking price). I was sent a return email from Ted Downing which basically said that listed price is the only price, however it was a cold and unfriendly response. I will no longer be looking to negotiate and/or purchase the truck on your lot. I also will not recommend your dealership to anyone I know.

I just recently bought an '07 Honda Civic from this dealership. My sales representative was Nuno, who was straight to the point and very professional yet down to earth! I also dealt with Steve and Tony who were also very, very friendly! I was amazed at the amazing customer service and the straight-forward answers that i got. They definately did not beat around the bush about anything and for such a young age, i completely understood everything that was being explained to me. I did not feel pressured AT ALL and I felt very comfortable dealing with all of these kind sales representatives. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone who comes to me asking where to purchase a new vehicle!

I have never been so happy to purchase a vehicle from a dealer before. The people at Iversen Ford were all friendly and kind. Krista, the sales person was incredible and no pressure on deciding which car I wanted. Based on my transportation needs, she recommended the perfect car for me. I have since been back to the dealer and service has been fantastic. I feel like they treat me like family and that is everything. The thing I like the most about Iversen Ford is that they are honest and understanding. I decided to purchase my present vehicle from them because of the service and parts department whom I visited to keep my former vehicle running well.

My wife and I were able to shop for our F15o truck with no pressue, I had just stopped by at 730 at night to check out a couple of trucks that I viewed on thier web page, which to me was the best layout I have seen. I was looking at the truck that I thought would be best for my budget. I was then greeted by Krista and I asked her if I could come back the next day to test drive it because I knew it was close to closing. She was more than happy to assist me right away, we took the truck for a ride and realized it was the one for me. We stayed 1 hour past closing and Steve Bova was also a great help. This was the first time I had been to a dealer in 10 years and I must say I will be going back to them. I did stop at a couple of other local dealers before Bob Moran's and those dealers could not touch the quality or price.

My Review of Bob Moran's Iversen Ford:
Krista was very friendly and not pushy at all. I went into the dealership a half hour before closing and ended up staying a half hour past closing and both Krista and Allan (the sales manager) stuck around to help me out. They were both sincere on the lowest price they could offer and my figures matched up with it. I bought a Quality Certified vehicle and the service dept was also very helpful on making my vehicle like new.

My experience with this dealership was great and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Ford.

Krista is a breath of fresh air!!! We drove numerous cars to see which one was perfect for me. She wasn't pushy or trying to sell me anything I didn't want. We went through every car, option by option. Needless to say, we closed the dealership but happily to say I found a car that I LOVE!!!! Thank you Krista for listening to me and hearing the things I was looking for in a car. You have the perfect personality for the job you do and I'll be sure to send people your way!!!
