My Review of Bob Morris PONTIAC-GMC:
We bought a new Grand Prix and traded in an old one. The next day, the salesman called my wife to tell her she was a liar and didn't tell them the trade in wasn't paid off and she was to bring a check up to them to pay the difference. Later, the assistant sales manager called and actually swore at my wife accusing her of the same thing. The sales Dept, of course, did know the car wasn't paid off, as we told them we were going to wait a few months until we made the last payment. They arranged to pay it early. Checking the contract, there was an unidentified line that showed where the negative equity was applied to our new loan.
These people ar thieves! The sales manager took care of the problem after I had Pontiac customer service and the BBB get involved. I should have called the police instead.
I searched for scams on google and it seems that this is an old-time used car dealer scam. Hardly what I would expect from a new GM Dealer.
This car is now in the shop after only 6 months for a transmmission replacement.

My Review of Bob Morris PONTIAC-GMC:
Bought a 2006 GTO with leaking struts. Dealership, looked at car, told me that struts are on backorder and could take up to 5 weeks for repair. Told me to bring back loaner and pick up GTO. Told them that I was not going to drive a $30,000+ car that I only had for one week with grease leaking all underneath and getting on the brakes. Told me that I could keep loaner and they would keep my GTO (outside, uncovered in the rain and sun) for probably five weeks until the struts came in. I found out that I can order aftermarket struts (Pedders) and they would be delivered in one day. I asked the dealer if I could order these and they would install them to settle the issue and I could get my car back. Dealer refused; even though Pontiac's own warranty states that the dealer can use aftermarket parts if OEM parts are not readily available. So, now I may be without my new GTO (a $30,000 car) for five weeks. Unbelievable.
