I want to "thank-you" personally and all the employees of your dealership for the excellent service given recently on my Buick Lacrosse

Your service department accolades for their patience and 'walking the extra mile' with a stubborn problem. Your service adviser responded each time admirably and with empathy to help me. Thanks also to the mechanic(s) who did a great job! Rob was also so helpful when I lost my door/trunk opener.

We all have our opportunities to complain but praise is all well deserved when due.

My Review of Bob Pion Buick:
A++=. I would recommend these guys too anyone and everyone in Massachusetts. Never have I had such a great experience in a car dealership in my life. Jack helped me for oover 2 months to find the perfect car for me and he did just that. The managers even remembered my name and my wifes name even though it had been a couple months and that means a lot to me. I find it harder and harder to find quality customer service like this yet still get a great deal! I felt more like a friend than I did a customer and that means the world to me.

I had a great car buying experience at Bob Pion Buick Pontiac GMC. I had been referred by a friend and geez am I glad!! Not only were they helpful and courteous, there was no pushing or pressuring! It's nice to still be able to go to a family owned store, the people and service is above and beyond. I would recommend these guys to anyone in Western Mass and beyond.
