I recently traded my rogue s lease for a rogue sv awd. I contactested the dealer to voice my concern about going over miles. Zack Scott called me back inviting me in to dealership and assured me not to worry.I subsequently saw a car thst I wanted online. I chatted with Jessa Blackmon about scheduling a test drive. When i got to tje sealership, i met my salesman, Tim Summers, who is very knowledoable about all of the cars and was very patient showing me features, answerin my many questions and helped me make an informed decision thst had the right mix of what I needed, wanted and fit my budget. He is a very professional, hardworking and honest man. Next we went to Greg Harper to sign the papers and lease the new vehicle and set up financing. Greg made the experience seemless. From turning in our old lease to financing the new lease, exactly to the agreed terms. Lastly, I asked to set up my 1st service reminder, and Meghan Krull came over with me to my new car and set the computer to get a reminder for my 1st oIL change. Everyone worked as a team to make this a very positive experience and would recommend to everyone.
