My Review of Bob Saks Dodge:
I wouldn't dare recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a safe reliable vehicle. When I purchased the used car I was given one option for what I qualified for. The customer service and sales reps were nice and helpful, initially. They even let me use a loaner car while they completed the safety inspection for my car. It has not even been 3 months later, my car was falling apart, and I was educated by a speedy mechanic, that the frame on my car was rusted and cracking and my engine was about to fall out and cause a serious accident if not taken care of, he advise the car should have never been sold in the first place. I take the car back to the dealership, I was told the manager was to busy to speak to me and he will call me back, my car sat at the dealership for a week, and when I reached the manager (after I initiated the calls) he didn't even know what kind of car I had! This is currently an ongoing issue as I write this. I am so infuriated with this piss poor, unprofessional service.

My Review of Bob Saks Dodge:
Had a bedliner installed, they used a hammer to bend away part of the inside of the bed. Paint then chipped off and rusted. They did not take responsibility. Their service manager was terribly rude. Save yourself from this dealership. No wonder their dodge dealership went out of business. Do not goto Bobs sacks service.

My Review of Bob Saks Dodge:
I first went to their website, to look for a cheaper car, with warranty, and reliable.
I found 2. So I went to the dealership to look at those cars.
First, the one car was gone already (I went the next day, after seeing the car on the website).
Secondly, the other car was not available for purchase, only lease. I did not want to lease a car. So their website needs to be changed to show the options (lease/finance/purchase).

Then they showed me a car, which I took for a test drive. The car was very dirty (gum stuck in the middle compartment, I found money in the car, carpets dirty, seats dirty). Just a bad experience. Then when I asked about the loud engine, they just said, well it is a older car (2002), so the engine is louder. Well, I heard engines from 2000 even, and the engines are not so loud.

I did not have a good feeling about the car they tried to sell me.

Even the Finance was not so good. Their interest rates were pretty bad. I even said, I checked a Credit Union Website, and phone the CU, to ask for their rates. They showed me a book they have, and said the CU rate they have is 3 percent higher. I said, I just phoned the Credit Union, and they said, well they must be wrong. That book is correct.

When they phoned me back, and asked if I wanted it, I said no, and they did not even ask why.

I just had a bad feeling, so I did not buy the car.

My Review of Bob Saks Dodge:
The worst car purchasing experience ever! Sales staff is unacceptable in follow up. Showroom and sales area compares more to a bad subway station than a car dealer ship. Vehicle handover was as unprofessional as possible.
If it would not have been for the specific vehicle I looked for I would have not even purchased a spark plug there!

My Review of Bob Saks Dodge:
They tried to pull a fast one on me. They charged me sales tax on the $2,000 I negotiated off the price of the car I bought. I didn't know the sales tax should have been computed on the price of the car minus the $2,000. On the bill of sale the right sales tax appeared but I had a check for $120 more then I needed. The $120 was from 6% of 2000. I asked the sales man to correct the problem and all he would say was I aggred to the deal and there was nothing he could do.DON'T GO TO BOB SAKS!!!!

My Review of Bob Saks Dodge:
They tried to sell us a "rebuilt wreck". We bought the car and then got a lawyer. They refunded the money, but it was a long process. The car had an engine that was put in with the wrong bolts and not even enough bolts either. The clock didn't keep time and they replaced it twice with other used parts and none of it worked right. It was a salvage vehicle and somehow they had a regular title for it, but..... long story short, they're a bunch of crooks. Don't go there!
