My Review of Bob Saks Oldsmobile - Buick:
Had a bedliner installed, they used a hammer to bend away part of the inside of the bed. Paint then chipped off and rusted. They did not take responsibility. Their service manager was terribly rude. Save yourself from this dealership. No wonder their dodge dealership went out of business. Do not goto Bobs sacks service.

My Review of Bob Saks Oldsmobile - Buick:
It's hard to say if it's the dealer or the vehicle, but the problems were numerous and it was never really clear if they were able to accurately diagnos and fix the problem. This is after many, many visits. However, the people in service are actually very pleasant and most important - empathetic. If one is buying a vehicle that is considered relaible then ability to repair is not an issue - the sales experience is on par with other dealerships. But, if one is getting into a less reliable vehicle one may want to reconsider either the vehicle or dealership.
