We purchased a 2019 Kia Optima from there a few years ago and overall the purchase was pleasant. HOWEVER, we recently just found out that our car has an excessive oil consumption issue that Kia is known for and overall the purchase was pleasant. Johnna in the service department was incompetent, and extremely rude over the phone. All I did was ask what they could do and she was whispering with someone on the other end and basically coming up with every way they could NOT to help us! When I told her we will not be purchasing another kia from them if this was the level of service we are going to receive, she hung up the phone on me! I highly recommend that you proceed with caution when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that refuses to back their product and is so willing to be combative when it comes to an issue beyond the purchase! BUYERS BEWARE and to be clear we gave them a 5 Star after our purchase so don't be fooled by that either! More
I previously gave a one star rating regarding an engine replacement request that was denied. Once the General Manager reviewed my concern, he contacted the Service Advisor and concluded that they had proce replacement request that was denied. Once the General Manager reviewed my concern, he contacted the Service Advisor and concluded that they had processed the wrong Warranty Bulletin. The General Manager contacted me and told me that they made a mistake and that they would replace the defective engine free of charge and provided me with a new Kia Sorento as a Courtesy Car while the engine was being replaced. I am very happy with the way things turned out regarding my engine replacement. More

I cannot even begin to explain how disappointed I am with Kia and with Bob Sight Kia. We have a 2016 Kia soul with 66,000 miles on it that needs the catalytic converter replaced for a third time. 66k miles Kia and with Bob Sight Kia. We need to now have it towed from Bob Sight to a small mechanic shop in order to save as much money as we can because we simply cannot even afford this repair. We have spent hours on the phone with Kia and with Jeff the service manager and we have given up. The big guys win and the little guys lose. However, we need a car, and unfortunately it looks like it will be about $2400 just to have it running again. 66k miles, catalytic converter #3, and somehow this is ok with Bob Sight Kia and with Kia in general. More

I have a 36 months service contract for oil change with Bob sight Kia. On 11/05/2021 I went for an oil change, the director of financial operations Mike Goslee stated that my contract was only for 8 oil ch Bob sight Kia. I already had 9, I have to pay $46 from now on for Oil change. I asked him to print the contract, and show me where 36 months meant only for 8oil changed. He left me hanging for hours, and when I insisted he said he will call the cops on me. I am pregnant. I drove 1hour to get the oil change in my car because I know I have a 36 months contract and suddenly I was denied the service that I paid for. When I call the century service maintenance care administrator they confirmed that my contract is valid until 01/28/2023. They are operating under deceptive and unfair business practice. Therefore I would like to report them and sue them based on what I went through that day. The man who inflicted this emotional distress to me is the director of financial operations. Two times in a row the service department forgot to reset the oil service indicator. This can be frightening to a young person who thinks the time has expired for service. I called the service department and he said manager was gone for the week. Sure, right. I was doing this on behalf of my daughter who just got out of surgery. To make things worse a salesperson called her as she was leaving the hospital and even though she was groggy and ill tried to pressure her to trade when she was coming in for the oil change that was 4200 miles early. Matt Rodecamp is probably the only honest person in there. Great way to lose business when she does trade! More
