My Review of Bob Smith Mini:
****CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! *** I was recently ripped off at Bob Smith MINI. I called to get my window motor fixed on my MINI Cooper. I asked how much it would be, I was told by their Service advisor that it would be $185. Then all of a sudden I get an phone call from STeve, saying he had misquoted me and I ended up paying $385.99. Their service manager, Brain Howard, who goes by the name of "Howie" Never answered my phone called. Their service over there Sucks. I just wanted everybody to know.
