My husband and I have dreaded going into car dealerships due to some past experiences and the pressure sometimes put upon the buyer. I have a hard time dealing with the negotiating process but we had been looking for a used Highlander since the fall. We were pleasantly surprised with Joe. He was sincere and patient with us. There was no pressure and he understood our needs. He sincerely wanted to find the right vehicle and deal for us and he did! We're always somewhat skeptical when walking into a showroom with the intention of buying; but, Joe turned that mindset around very quickly. Very personable and patient and very customer service oriented in his approach. In our opinion, not the stereotypical sales guy who might be more interested in the sale rather than a potential relationship. He was very thorough and understanding with our questions and never once drifted towards the hard-sell, pressure tactics. All in all it was a great experience and, even though we traveled almost 200 miles (one way) to look at the vehicle, we'd go back in a heartbeat.
Aaron was an efficient, helpful, and personable salesman to work with. Not only did he find the exact Crosstrek that I wanted, but he made the buying process as smooth as possible. Very thankful for my new Crosstrek!!! Thank you, Aaron!
