Initially looked at a used car, toured facility, met pushy sales staff decided to purchase new car elsewhere. After sales manager found out I had purchased at another dealer, I received a call from him berating me for not purchasing local. This guy is nothing but a fast talking "closer" who last another sale because of this dealership's sales techniques. Buyer beware.

i bought i dodge durango for 15,990 and the day after i drove it off the lot i had engine problems. then everytime i took it into be serviced i had problems with the service. this name is dave. big jerk. i bought an extended warranty and the service guy would say that alot of the work could not be covered on warranty. what's the use of getting a warranty if you can not use it. and it has started to rust up.

went to look at a truck. Initially talked to dwayne. Told him we were just looking especially for a wrangler or outback. Said they didn't have them. Fair enough. Then i looked at a truck. Went to dwayne for info and he blew me off and told me to ask the other salesman. didn't even make eye contact. The other salesman was nice and answered my questions. But i thought to myself, if this is a teamwork car sales place they flunked horribly. Took my business elsewhere!

I had to take my car as it needed to be serviced. I dropped it off at 0700 with no dents or marks. I picked it up that evening, and on the drivers side back quarter panel, my car had been hit. Now I have a huge dent and the seal broken. They told me that it didn't happen there and that if it was a hit and run on their property they were not responsible even though my car was in their care. They also told me that my car had that dent when I dropped it off to them. I know for a fact that it was dent free. They told me that I could take it into their bodyshop to be repaired, but i'd have to pay for it but they'd give me a discount. I asked and asked that they fix my car since they had damaged it, but they won't. I will never ever shop at Zimmerman Ford again!!! I took it to a bodyshop for an estimate and to repair it would cost about 1800.00. I will never give them another cent of my money. For my warranty, I'll now take it to another Ford dealership to have the warranty honored.

I purchased a used BMW from Brian, one of the managers, and could not have been happier. He provided the total history of the car before the dealership received it, and he went through every detail that the extended warranty provided. He followed up after the purchase to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns about the purchase. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience.<br>I haven't used the service.

I have bought two cars here and had horrible experiences both times. The only reason I went back was they had the cars I wanted at the best prices. If price is all that matters this may be the dealership for you but you have to be on your toes and don't expect much service. The first car I bought they pulled a classic bait and switch. They had a <br>large sign with a very good price in front window of the car I wanted to buy. After some deliberation I found a sales associate and told her I wanted to buy the car. She informed me the price in the window was not correct and someone must have put the wrong sign in the car. I nevertheless ended up buying this car at a higher price. When I went to pick the car up it was not ready since the person I had bought the car from had gone on vacation etc....a big hassle. <br>When I bought the second car here I got a dopy salesman who wasn't authorized to make any kind of offer or decision on his own. I arranged to test drive the car after work and when I arrived another party was out with the car I was interested in. We waited around for an hr. but were not allowed to take the car out while they negotiated with this other couple. I would not wait around so I suggested we come back the next day, the salesman had the guile to request a $20 deposit for<br>them to hold the car for a test drive. I did end up buying this car at 25% off the sticker price but had to put up with alot of b/s. Thank god <br>I have not had to have maintenance.

Sold me the Smart choice 2000 extended warranty,which was no good secondary to bankruptsy. They would not put anything in writing<br>after they said they would honor the contract. &quot;Curtis&quot; told me i should get AAA towing insurance. They extended warranty cost <br>me $1900.00
