My Review of Bobbridge Toyota:
We were looking for a Toyota Highlander, wanted a certain trim level, and this dealership had three of them. Jim Dawson was friendly, showed us exactly what he had, didn't try to sell us more than we wanted, and got us in and out of the dealership fairly quickly. We walked in and out with the car we wanted in about 2 hours. We were shopping with a 6 y.o. and a 9 y.o. and they didn't have much of a chance to get horribly annoyed.
We got somewhat less than what we'd hoped for on our trade in, but I really think that was due to the fact that we had made a poor choice for a previous car, and we were getting rid of it due to it's demonstrated poor reliability. I didn't have any problem with this dealership, and I would use them again. I haven't used them for service or anything like that yet, but don't foresee any problems.
We did sit through the usual offers for extended warranties and such, but when we said no, we weren't asked again -- personally I've never purchased a car where I wasn't offered this stuff. The finance person was friendly, and didn't hard-sell anything.

My Review of Bobbridge Toyota:
Bought a used 4Runner from this dealership. It had 22K miles on it and was 2 years old so it was in good shape. I have owned a 1994 4Runner previously, so i am familiar /happy with them and was why i was getting a new one. Price was fair. The 2 things that annoyed me about Bob Bridge Toyota were the salesman (salesboy) promised to mail me the plastic tow hitch cover for the front bumper (it wasnt on the car for some reason). Purely an aesthetic $5 piece of plastic, but the point is he didnt do what he said he was going to do. After i left the lot i sure he forgot about me entirely. The Finance Manager was a jerk. Same old process where they try and sell you the extended warranty. After i told him 'no i dont want the extended warranty, please don't ask me again' i got up to leave and said 'keep the truck, i'll find one somewhere else' He figured i was serious at this point and let it go finally. I left with the truck but was angry when i left their lot. Michaels Toyota in Bellevue, WA is a much better dealership. Its also in a much nicer area. I would never recommend Bob Bridge Toyota to anyone - there is no reason to go there if you are looking for a Toyota.
