My Review of Bobby Rahal BMW:
SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don is very friendly, yet professional. Between 2 phone calls & a few emails, we were able to work out a great deal (in 3 days times) & just drove to the dealership to sign the papers & pick up the car.
The showroom is amazing & so is their customer service. While the cars may be upscale, no one "We're doing you a favor" attitude that we found in other Pittsburgh dealerships.
Plus when your car is serviced, they give you BMW LOANERS!

Our experience was so good, that we are buying our next car from them even though we are out of state.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My Review of Bobby Rahal BMW:
I give Bobby Rahal BMW 5/5 in all categories primarily due to the salesman my fiance and I have dealt with. If you plan on going to Bobby Rahal BMW for any reason, ask for Mike Kyle. My fiance bought a new 2008 128i convertible from Mike and she absolutely loves it. I've enjoyed her car so much (as well as the buying experience at Bobby Rahal with Mike) that now I'm considering purchasing a used 3-series from there. Mike is a great salesman and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He's low pressure and very friendly, as well as realiable and punctual. The other employees I have dealt with at Bobby Rahal BMW are also quite friendly and always willing to help with questions to the many, many questions I've had for them. Their facilities have recently moved about 3 miles down the road from their previous location to a huge, plush location (technically) in Canonsburg. I can't recommend this dealership enough!!!

My Review of Bobby Rahal BMW:
Purchased a used 2002 BMW 525i from this dealer in May. Had a problem about 3 weeks later (needed a thermostat) They replaced it for me and gave me a loaner (08 335xi) for the day all free of charge. Looking at the service prices they are a bit high but are to be expected at a dealership.

They recently moved a larger building and have a really nice waiting area if you choose to wait for your car instead of getting a loaner.
