My Review of Bobby Wood Chevrolet:
The dealer lists Sunday Sales hours along with others on their website. As I and a number of other customers that drove on and off their lot during that time found they are in fact not open on Sunday. This website is the only one that seems to accurately report their hours as the major search engines and their own hours report different times that they are open. There are no posted hours on the dealership itself.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Adams,

I have taken it upon myself to sincerely apologize for the inconvienence you suffered Sunday. I am the Internet Manager for our dealership and it is solely my mistake and oversight for not accurately showing our hours on the website. Our policy is that we are open from those hours on the last Sunday of each month, and some Sunday's a few in our sales staff voluntarily show up to open the store, but we do not consistantly stay open every Sunday. Since we changed our policy from all Sundays to one a month, I failed to update the website, which caused you such inconvience. We are currently working on ordering our hours to be posted on our front door, which is something we should have had, and I will have our website update within minutes. We sincerely apologize for the inconvienence caused, and regret that we will not be doing business with you. I completely understand and sympathize with your irratation at this situation, as I am sure I would feel the same. If there is anything we can do to make it up to you, please know that we would be happy to do so. I (we) sincerely thank you for taking the time to inform us of this major oversight so it can be fixed, so that no one else has to suffer that inconvienence from now on.

Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Bobby Woods Chevrolet. I was pleased with the transaction from start to finish. Both Scott Nichols and Doug Gillespie were very helpful and went beyond expectation during the sale. I have used Bobby Woods since 1997 and our family has bought Chevy's and had great service. This is the first time I purchased a used vehicle and not a Chevrolet, yet I feel confident Bobby Woods will back any vehicle they sale. Thanks for such a great experience!

Scott was a great salesman. Was not pushy at all, just up front and honest. The dealership gave us $3000 more on our trade than others had quoted us, and gave us the best price on the new car we could find. Great car buying experience overall.

My Review of Bobby Wood Chevrolet:
Today, I called for a service appointment on a moment's notice. Cathy Whiten worked me in and got two poeple on my car to get me out before school let out so I could pick up my grandchildren from school and my husband could get out of town on an unscheduled trip. I was in and out in no time and I really appreciated the attention to my needs. This was only the second time I had had my Equinox serviced, and they really don't know me, but went out of their way to help me out.

I appreciated the help!

My Review of Bobby Wood Chevrolet:
I found a used Corvette online at this dealership. It appeared to be my dream car so I contacted Bobby Wood Chevrolet and spoke to Scott Nichols about the vette. I live about 320 miles from the dealership and Scott was extremely helpful in answering my questions and doing everything possible to help me make my decision. They were very quick to get me a price and what it would take to hold the car until I could get to South Carolina to inspect it. It was everything that was advertised and more. They made the sale very simple and easy. Doug their finance manager was very efficient. The entire staff was very friendly I would highly recommend this dealership. So give Scott and Bobby Wood Chevrolet a call for all your auto needs. It was the best 300 plus mile drive home. Dreams really do come true.

My Review of Bobby Wood Chevrolet:
I bought a 2012 Anniversary Camaro from my Brother-in-Law in Illinois. I was afraid I would not be treated well when I went to a local dealer, but I had some warranty work that was needed and I contacted Bobby Wood. They have treated me like family and i really appreciate the dealership and employees. I would recommend them to anyone. Even if you are not shopping for a car, but have some question about the product line or specification, they will treat you with respect.
