My Review of Boch Toyota:
This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. The people were liars and rude and inconsiderate. They could've offered me a car for $100 a month for a car payment and I still would NEVER go back. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!! The manager gave me one price and then the salesman told me it would be a 1/2 hour before I saw the finance guy and it turned out to be an 1 1/2 wait!!!!!!!! Then when I finally got into to see the finance guy he told me that the number the manager gave me was impossible.. So I picked up my stuff and told him they need to find a manager who does not LIE and knows how to do MATH!!!!!!! Ant then the salesman kept winking how f****** rude is that. Like he was doing me a favor, I don't think so.. I don't know how they stay in business with people like that working for them!!!! THE WORST DEALERSHIP. ERNIE BOCH JR. SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF ALLOWING PEOPLE LIKE THAT WORKING FOR HIM, I DON'T THINK HIS FATHER WOULD ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN.

My Review of Boch Toyota:
After long deliberation we came upon an agreement on price, all was all set. They read us back the offer and we shook hands. As we were filling in our paper work with the required information, we noticed that the price of the bottom line on the vehicle increased $2000. When we questioned them about it they said that was the $ they were thinking of. They wasted about 3 hours of our time. Either the sales team has selective amnesia, or they are just flat out screwballers. Dont make an offer on a vehicle if you cant put keep your word.

I had previously bought 2 NEW vehicles( in 2 years ) from a nearby chevy dealer. I then took 2 friends to that chevy dealer, and they also bought 1 new car each.

I will never go back to any Boch dealer, I will still go Toyota. But NOT from Boch

My Review of Boch Toyota:
considering buying a truck and the found ratings very disturbing.i went in with my mother to purchase a tacoma for her. in the past after visiting this site and finding a favorable review of a salesman.the salesman was actually very good and i would recomend him again (mike kayyali)i told him i didnt want to talk to his manager and worked out a price before i went in.however i did have to wait in the waiting area for him (he was with anouther customer) its a pet pev to have to wait to give someone my hard earned money, they should be waiting in line to take it !! i would reccomend using this site and if you have a bad salesman let everyone know .and save them the hassel

My Review of Boch Toyota:
MY daughter went to Boch figuring they were reputable...big mistake..she was given one quote which was acceptable...then given blank papers to sign..when she questioned that and asked where the numbers were she was told that they needed a signature to initiate numbers with the financing...she was badgered..when she hesitated being told that although she had good credit everytime there was inquiries her score would go down so she might as well accept it(her car was totalled and she was trying to replace it so naturally there were inquries) they registered the car and told her it was ready for pick up when she asked the final numbers she was told that she would receive the bank papers in the mail...yeah right..she went down to clarify only to find that the deal wasn't what she agreed to.the payment was almost a 100 dollars more a month...it took 3 hours for them to rewrite. the deal was for 5 years at a little higher but acceptable payment which was to include extra stuff...come get the car..all the way to norwood a good hour....drop her off...only to go back to norwood to pick her up...they had increased the years to 7..on an 07 with 25000 miles...right..wouldn't return the deposit..we don't have cash..noone around to cut a check although edwin & victor are in financial...hard time getting the plates ...even my insurance company questions how they could register a car if the deal wasn't finalized. The "final deal" wasn't signed. O.K after writing a comment to ernie's website just heard from KIM in finance...she says the deposit and everything We need for the registry and insurance company will be ready for me to pick up this monday.... the 27th...lets see if it happens. According to reviews I've read it's usually a run around...we'll see. Was surprised to actually hear from someone..knew it wouldn't be Ernie...he's in japan she says...he should be watching his business....Even if all is right on moday would I deal with them again...NO...you may burn me once but not get a second chance.

My Review of Boch Toyota:
my fiancee and I visited Boch Toyota in hopes of finding a Tacoma. As soon as we walked in the door there was a customer service desk. We asked for assistance and a sales representative was paged. I expressed my interest in taking a look at what they had for inventory. The sales representative proceeded to sit us down and begin asking for information. I again expressed the fact that I wanted to first look at the inventory to see if there was anything which looked appealing. The sales rep ignored the request and continued with his questions. Very soon after this another representative come over and informed the representative that his 2:30 apointment had arrived. After looking at us and then back to his appointment he asked to pass us over to another representative. Thats fine was my reply, we were told another representative would be right over. After waiting 20 MINUTES with no help offered my fiance and I got up, walked past customer "service" and straight out the door and left. We then tried to take it upon ourselves to go and look at their inventory only to find a geted security station blocking the entrance to their inventory. We were informed we MUST have a sales representative in order to look at the cars. Now being extremely frustrated we left the dealership and will NEVER shop at a BOCH dealership again!

My Review of Boch Toyota:
The lowest price in Boston due to their high volumes and ownership of Toyota's Northeast distribution, but they never try to hide their factory-line sales philosophy. They have perfected the high volume sales process. Dealing with Boch is like waiting in line at the slaughterhouse.

My Review of Boch Toyota:
The worst and rude salesman he is very nagative and arrogant. we went to buy 4 runner he was busy with other customer and kept us on waiting for 45 minutes on Monday. we were surprise to know that he went to have lunch and left us on waiting. when he came came back his answer was are you guys still here. what do you want? are you a real buyer or came to waste my time. we were really shocked?
he didn't even allow us to talk to the Manager.
We wanted to buy a 4 runner because our 1998 4 runner was total. He didn't help us so we decided to buy from Prime Toyota at the same day. We will never recommond this dealer ship Or a Sales person Krishna Murthy to any one in our community.

My Review of Boch Toyota:
I have never had a more frustrating customer service experience than I did with Boch Toyota. Before agreeing to purchase a pre-owned car, the salesman (David Augustine) and I verbally agreed that 2 new wheel caps MUST be put on prior to pick-up (the old ones on one side were badly scraped). He guaranteed that they would be replaced before the car was picked up. A week later, we picked up the car, and the wheel caps had not been replaced. His excuse was that they weren't in stock, but that he would call us when they came in so that we could come down and have them put on. Two weeks went by; we called periodically to check on the status of the order, and he was very difficult to get on the phone, did not return calls, and when we did happen to get him on the phone, he was full of excuses. Finally, he told us the wheel caps were in. We drove to Boch (we live nearly an hour away), and he kept us waiting for more than 45 minutes at his desk. When he finally had time to talk to us, it was to tell us that "the parts dept." ordered the wrong parts, and he didn't have the wheel caps for us. By that point, I was livid (he promised that they were there, we drove an hour there, an hour home, and 45 minutes waiting around for NOTHING???). He said that to apologize, he would send us 4 new wheel caps (instead of 2) via Fed Ex, so that we wouldn't have to drive to get them again (originally, he told us he could not ship them, which is why we drove down the first time). Over the next month, we called him COUNTLESS times. Our calls always went unanswered, and messages unreturned, unless we called the sales podium and had him paged, and when that happened, he had all sorts of ridiculous excuses for why we hadn't received them (from feigned confusion to blaming it on the parts dept. to promises that he would check it out and call us back... and he NEVER actually called back). After insisting that he provide a tracking number so that we were sure he was actually sending them, he finally realized we weren't going to let it go... and sent ONLY the original 2 wheel caps, not the 4 he had promised. That was a month ago. When we finally got ahold of him on the phone, he said that he couldn't send the other two because he "didn't have approval"- well then WHY did he promise them in the first place?- and to "make up for it", he would see what he could do about sending us some oil change coupons (not good enough... we already got those when we purchased the car) or a gas card. Since then, he has been impossible to reach by phone and continues to ignore our messages. We like the car we purchased, but we didn't get an especially great price on it (which was why we went out of our way to go to Boch in the first place), and the least he could do would be to honor our verbal agreement. David Augustine is the classic example of a sleazy car salesman: all talk and no delivery. He made a big deal of giving us stupid Boch Toyota t-shirts (which we threw out) and a few oil change coupons (which are only good at Boch- an hour's drive for us), shaking our hands like he was "the man" for giving us this worthless crap, but not doing what he was SUPPOSED to be doing for us. If you choose to look for a car at Boch in Norwood, AVOID dealing with David Augustine.

My Review of Boch Toyota:
I went in on a Sunday afternoon, walked around the place for about 30 minutes and received no help. Finally a receptionist asked if she could help, i told her I wanted some sales help. After one rep refused, another one was asked and he reluctantly got up out of his chair while he was shooting the breeze with another rep. I knew exactly what I wanted, I gave them the details. The rep (don't recall his name) went up to talk with Jason, came back with monthly payments. Mind you he never even asked if I had a trade in, so obviously this didn't reflect the trade in. I told him it was much too high, and he said sorry it's all I can do.

This place has gone down hill. Typically known for great prices back in the day, but it appears Junior has become way too cocky and passed it along to his employees.

There are much better options out there, take the extra 20 mins to commute to these places.

My Review of Boch Toyota:
I would just like to say that I have never had such an amazing experience at a dealership than the one that I had last week. It started off with me going into the dealership, meeting with a great salesperson but only test-driving. Jason Rahill called me to see how my experience was and ended up giving me an amazing deal on an Sequoia. He was by far the most professional, courteous person I have ever dealt with in a customer service environment. I was able to accomplish more in a half-hour on the phone with him than I was in 3 hours at there other store in Attleboro. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Kudos to Boch Toyota on hiring such a wonderful guy.
