Bolles Motors is a great place to deal with. I have been a customer for quite some time now and my family and some friends have joined in patronizing Bolles! All the employees' at Bolles are very helpful and make it a comfortable setting. From Sales to service to parts to the body shop and detail shop, everyone is great! I have been doing business with Bolles for seven years since we bought our van there. We have been very happy with the service and kindness of all the people we have dealt with! (Ron Midford, Dan Smith,Brian Bolles and others) We even had one of our friends from Enfield come down for service and he was quite pleased with everyone as well.

I was very disappointed that my vehicle information had been purged from your database. I purchased the Jeep in 2004 and had every service completed at Bolles until 2010. My work schedule changed and had to have my oil service done elsewhere. As planned, however, I returned to Bolles for major work and new tires. It was inconveinent that my vehicle information was not available.

I bought my new car from this dealership a few days ago. Friendly environment and professional staff. The Sales person (Bob) knew what he was doing and wasn't pushy at all (unlike the guy at the other dealership I visited the same day). He has probably spent another 20-30 minutes with me just before I was ready to leave in my new car explaining all the car features. Ken (Finance) was very effecive in handling paperwork and presenting various warranty options. It was overall a very nice buying experience.

I took my Jeep Wrangler when my brake fluid was empty for the second time in a month. Dan spoke to me over the phone and discussed my concerns. He advised me that I could drop it off even if they were closed. (A huge plus for me since I could not get out of work early) The process was simple. I wrote down my information and what I wanted them to check out. (I also had a whistle and rattle I asked them to check) The very next morning I got a call and Dan went over everything they found. It was a bit expensive (all new brakes - front and back, new muffler and either a leak or a crack in my manifold). He was able to give me the best rates he could find and advised that he would call back as soon as he knew how much the manifold would be. (They needed to confirm crack or leak) He had my Jeep over the weekend and called me on Monday to let me know that the manifold was a leak and would be the lesser of the prices he quoted me. He said the Technician had worked over the weekend and I would be able to pick it up by noon. My Jeep feels like new again. I couldn't be happier with the speed of service and the step by step updates. I will continue to bring my Jeep to them for all services in the future.
