The misogyny is simmering in every process and in every employee. It does get better though, don’t worry - there are some of the most unfriendly, unhelpful people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to in reception/call answering and in the service department attempting to schedule appointments/“answer” questions. Whatever kind of day you were having, you can rest assured it will 1000% be ruined after talking to anyone of these gems. I am so angry that I will never get the We Owe for the window tint they have been giving the run around on for nearly 3 years. This is my third car from them and I cannot recommend running faster and farther away this dumpster fire. I am so grateful that I am so incredibly close to being done dealing with this sham of a business. More

Service department doesn't care if you have an appointment. They'll get to you whenever. Extremely fair and imformative So I bought my car from a different dealer (won't be naming them) and they hid the fact that it had been wrecked. so i had a trunk leak on my vehicle So I bought my car from a different dealer (won't be naming them) and they hid the fact that it had been wrecked. so i had a trunk leak on my vehicle and when i took it to Bommarito Volkswagen they showed me what was wrong and that it had new body panels that were never properly sealed. they took care of it and did 2 recalls for me all in a day. have not had a single problem since. Honor of Coupon I received a mail coupon for an oil change. I called up the service center and said I had a Porsche Cayenne and would they honor the price. I came in the next day and it was determined that the vehicle did not qualify for the VW service. Doug Kovac came to the rescue and said "given the circumstances" he would honor the coupon. It was a blessing as one never knows how much this meant to me....thank you!!! More
