My Review of Bonnell Motors, Inc.:
I took my car to be fixed after being hit. They took over 6 weeks to fix the car (did nothing until I called multiple times). They ripped off the insurance company (I've reported them) and put a faulty door on (probably paid 1/4 of what they should have let alone billed for). The door had no spring in the handle, the lock did not recede into the door like it should, and the rubber seal fell off within two days. I brought it back, they claimed it was fixed after a day, NOTHING had been changed. I called them out to which they told me that everything I was concerned about was fixed - end of story

They were pompous and degrading. I strongly advise going elsewhere.

Hey Curt, your son does a great job putting the wrong parts on vehicles.. must run in the family... by the way CURT. just to let you know I fixed my own truck that was in there 3 times for the same problem. and by the way, your technicians caused the problem,.. great job guys.. I am so glad that i bought the extended warranty...pissed that money right out the window..i wish your techs were more focused on customer satisfaction than how much money they can make in as little time as possible... assholes...

My Review of Bonnell Motors, Inc.:
I've bought a few cars from this dealership, only because it's very close to my home. But I won't make the mistake again. I always leave there feeling I've been taken advantage of. They never will budge much on the pricing on the sales end, and they always undervalue your trade-in, even when you use the price calculator from their website. They always wind up selling it for several thousand dollars more than they gave you for it.
