My Review of Borcherding Buick Gmc:
James Gamble was able to put me in a car whereas other dealers had turned me down in the past. I had to buy a "wrecked rebuild" as my last car since my credit was not good due to my divorce. I called the dealership and James took my information over the phone and assured me he could assist me. I went to the dealership shortly after and he put me in my new Elantra, fully loaded and still under warrenty. It's the best car I have had in a very long time. He was super friendly and I was in and out of there in less than an hour. In the past, I have spent up to 6 hrs. or more to complete a car purchase. I am very pleased with the overall customer service I received! I will highly recommend him to everyone I know!

Chris and Vic were very helpful during my car buying experience. Not only were they fast and efficient, they were extremely knowledgable. I have purchased several cars over the years and by far this was the best experience I have had. I was treated fairly and the customer service was impeccable. My Review of Borcherding Buick Gmc:
I was just in an accident where my car was totaled , so looking for a car was not what I wanted to be doing. I had looked at several other dealerships but decided on buying at Borcherding. My experience was much nicer than I had thought possible. Steve was very helpfull from the start , taking time to meet my needs with the vehicle that I was looking for, he took into consideration the first and formost issue, where I wanted to keep the price, no heavy sales pitch to get the sale, honestly he was trying to find ME a vehicle, not just a sale. Together with his sales team I was able to get a vehicle that will be great for my needs. Thank you Steve for your prompt and outstanding service. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

From the time my wife and I stepped on the lot Steve was friendly, attentive, courteous and very knowledgeable. He also made us laugh. We already thought we wanted a Buick Enclave but wanted to be completely sure. Steve was very patient and helpful in letting us talk through the details and providing advice along the way. We are very happy with our Enclave and the price we paid for it. We will definitely be back to see Steve and the Borcherding team the next time we purchase a vehicle.

They go out of their way to provide an experience that totally meets every expectation you have. They are totally accomodating and customer focused. I would recommend them to everone without exception. This is the second car I have gotten through them and can't imagine dealing with any other Buick/GMC dealer even though their are a number closer to where I live.
