My Review of Boss Chrysler Jeep:
I brought my 2001 dodge durango in for service because the car failed ian inspection. They kept the car there for 2 DAYS BEFORE I WAS TOLD WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. They didn't have time to look at it on the first day. I went there to pick up the car at 5:30 pm and was told that they didn't have time to look at the car yet. They didn't even have the class to call and tell me the car was not going to be finished. I was told late afternoon on the second day they had to order hoses for the emission system. Third day the hoses came in and now it was time to sit and wait to see if they would install them. At 4:30 PM they said they thought it would finished by 5PM. Then I picked up the car to find out that the floor mats were covered in grease and the driver side door was badly dented in. We brought the damage to the attention of the service manager named Mike. We were informed that they would fix the damage but we had to give the car back to them instead of bringing it to a body shop of my choice. Yeah I want to bring the car back to them and hand over the keys so they can do who knows what to it and take it who knows where. We emailed the customer service manager and requested that I be able to bring the car to a body shop of my choice and he stated that he would call me back after he spoke to the service manager. Well that was a few weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from anyone. The joke is that when you bring the car in for service they mark down any damage on service sheet. Which clearly noted that there wasn't any damage on the car. But they did not that there was dirt on the car because a bird went to the bathroom on the hood and fender. They are sick people. Stay away. Everyone I talked to that morning said it was the worst dealer they ever bought any car from. If this only stops one person from buying a car from this dealership I will be happy.
