My Review of Bossier Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
The sales department just do not listen to the customer. they like to play their price an let the customer wait game. After wasting over an hour and we still did not have the final price, we just left. 30 sec later the sales mannager caught up with us and wanted to play the same game agian. It took him another 5 minutes to produce a price range which we had to choose. How hard is the answer what is the best price you can offer today for that specific vehicle??? We would not buy from this dealership even if they would be 500$ cheaper then the best offer we had so far. If they threat their buying customer that way what would be the the expereince in case of service...

My Review of Bossier Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
SERVICE IS, to say the least, BAD. <br><br>How many times can you take a vehicle in for the same problem and have them tell you it's fixed.<br><br>I actually had my truck returned without having the steering column bolts all put back in. My steering wheel felt like it was going to fall off the truck. (Not to mention the rest of the truck fall apart around me. But that's another story in itself.)
