I was in the market for a new truck. The salesman Jim helped me find a few that I liked. After searching online, I found a truck that I thought I would really like but it was in Janesville. I called Jim around 2:00 that day to say I'd like to test drive that truck. Unbelievably, he had that truck waiting for me to test drive in Milwaukee by 5:00. I thought that was incredible service. I love my truck so much and Jim was excellent! He literally did everything a salesman should. Did not pressure me and was very honest. Then I had to deal with the finance guy, Lance. To say it nicely, I wish I could go back in time and steal the whiskey out of his fathers hands the night he was conceived to stop him from being born. Being in the service industry, I thought that I had seen dumb. O boy was I wrong. This guy completely messed up my contract, tried to trick me into buying gap insurance multiple times even after declined, called me multiple times a day for a week to try to get me to come in to get his mistake fixed (as if I have nothing else to do), talked down to my fiancé, and was completely rude. He needs to be fired. Plan and simple. If buying a vehicle from this place, ask for Jim but if you get stuck with Lance to handle your finance, say your prayers and run for your life!!!!!!!

Went to another Kia dealership first before making my purchase at Boucher Kia. My reason for going to the other dealer first was that I had purchased my first Kia there. This time around they just couldn't seem to work with me or find the pricing/financing I needed. Found the Kia Soul I was looking for online at Boucher Kia - went in the next day and met with Jim - told him what I was looking for and the financing/payments I needed. In less than an hour - he got me what I was looking for and we were all set up - needless to say I drove away with my new car. Jim made this a very comfortable car buying experience and I would recommend working with him. I love my new car -Thanks Jim!!!!!

I knew I was in the market for a different car - possibly new but would consider used. I went in to the dealer about a month prior and had an opportunity to look at a number of cars. I had told myself that I didn't like the Kia Soul, but the more I looked into its ratings and took a test drive, I was sold! However, these cars were flying off the lot. Willie knew what I was willing to pay and didn't try to sell me more than I wanted to spend. I actually walked away that day, with every intention of coming back when they had more stock. About a month later, when I was ready, I made an appointment and Willie wanted to make sure I was able to find what I was looking for. No pressure to buy more than I needed/wanted and walked away with a brand new Kia Soul!

I live in iowa and have bought my last two cars at boucher in milwaukee and also have a friend that buys there know i saved 4000 over my iowa city,iowa dealer .and always ask for Donna shes very nice to work with she listens to what you want shes the bomb as far as were concerned shes the reason we went back for our 2nd kia soul

Went to look around for a new vehicle, was not really ready to buy. But after talking to our sales man we decided that now

was the time. He spent alot of time with us and he had the biggest smile. I would recommend this dealership to our friends

I found the dealership to be very friendly. I was welcomed at the door and the salesperson whom I initially dealt with via e-mail was right there to introduce herself. I had found the vehicle I wanted through their website. Donna was very thorough in explaining everything about the vehicle to me the day I came to pick up my Sportage. The paperwork part is time-consuming, but personnel were friendly and efficient. The dealership was clean and attractively set up. Donna was great to work with and I would recommend both the dealership and Donna to anyone interested in purchasing a Kia. I absolutely love my new Kia Sportage.

My husband and I were looking for a car. We visited this Kia dealership to look at a Chevy Impala that was advertised. We sit down to do our financing which was already approved through our credit union. He told me to fill out the information so he could verify my identification. I told him not to check my credit report because I had been approved already. He did it anyway!! The loan officer could never get the numbers right on the papers that he showed us. I wouldn't recommended this dealership, Dishonesty!!!Dishonesty!!Dishonesty!!! We found the same exact model and less miles at Autosource, without the dishonesty!!

I appreciated the low key approach, my questions were answered and I did not feel pressured to "close the deal" before I was sure that I had the right car for me. I had done my homework and pretty much knew that I wanted the Soul and Randy did not try to get me to buy more car than I was looking for. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone.
