My Review of Bournival:
Came in to view/purchase a new sorrento. Having done my homework I knew what I wanted to pay and what I expected for service and negotiations since I have a very low tolerance level for someone attempting to sell me something, just a bottom line! A little frustrated at first and almost walked when I was asked for a credit card and to sign a piece of paper so that I could prove my sincerity (I would strongly recommend that practice be discontinued, brings down the dealership to a lower level) however things turned around and became a positive experience shortly thereafter! Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the experience, they were quick and accurate and made my turn around time expectations with room to spare which is very important to me! Even got Celtic's tickets for the test drive, can't beat that! Got a great deal and would strongly recommend to friends. Service/maintenance also sound like it will fit my need, they offered to drive me to a location and deliver my car upon completion if I ever needed service! At this point I am extremely satisfied, thanks!

My Review of Bournival:
Bought a used car at Bournival...salesperson was rude and condescending...car was in good shape (we only went there because they had the specific used car we were looking for). The car failed inspection and I had to drive back to dealer, over 100 miles, and they only paid for half the fix. I got the run around on the phone and in person. This place sucks, do not go there. During the sale I sat in the "Financial manager's" office...every one there is a manager, but you ask them to make decisions, they are useless. Anyway, the financial manager tried to sell me a warranty that cost more than the car...for like 15 minutes...and she did not even know what she was talking about..telling me about how costly repairs can be, etc. I sat there telling her "no" for 15 minutes while she drew me little pictures and bar graphs will spelling errors in it.

My Review of Bournival:
This dealership as well as all Bournivals are horrible. There customers service is horrible. I do not reccomend doing business with these crooks. If the deal falls through for any reason you can forget about getting your deposit back.
