My Review of Bozard Ford Lincoln:
The staff was very friendly and accomodating to our situtation. We arrived late in the day and did not leave until almost 10pm. However... we left with a brand new ford! TJ and David stayed around as long as it took to get the deal done and made sure we were satisfied when we left. We will be referring all of our friends/family to Bozard Ford in St. Augustine.

What a class operation. Extremely professional. Eric was knowledgable,friendly and professional. He found the exact car we wanted right away. It was even the exact color we wanted with all the bells and whistles we desired. He gave us a very fair price for our trade and a great price for our new car. Superior service; I had the nerve to walk in a closing time and was still sold a car! With white glove treatment~ Tom Krell stayed late and helped me get sitauted with my paperwork; and then the financing guy rocked!

Bozard Ford had me back on the Road in no-time! My car is my rolling-office.......

We could not be more pleased with our experience at Bozard Ford in St. Augustine. Eric listened to what we wanted, respected our price range, and kept in touch with us as he looked for vehicles that fit our specifications until the "right one" came along! Eric was friendly and helpful without being pushy in any way. We will be taking our son to see Eric at Bozard Ford when he is ready later this year to purchase his first car. We appreciate the professionalism of the whole staff, including Terry who very competently and efficiently took care of the paperwork (licensing, title, etc.). We are happy customers for sure! I would Highly recommend Ricky Goodwin & the entire staff that worked with me at Bozard Ford. This is my second purchase in less than a year with Bozard Ford. My Review of Bozard Ford Lincoln:
I thoroughly enjoyed my purchasing experience with Bozard Ford. My initial contact was through internet sales which decreased the amount of time necessary to find the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. The vehicle I was interested in was due to arrive in a short time and I was kept informed by John Moon all along the process. We negotiated the trade-in price of my vehicles and the entire transaction was completed in a short period of time. I arranged to pickup the vehicle the following day and was pleased to have it ready when I arrived. I have received 4 follow up calls to insure I am pleased with the vehicle and Tom Krell offer additional information regarding the operation of some of the more sophisticated features.

I had a GREAT experience at Bozard Ford! I had a complicated situation and they walked me through it step by step. Stephen Purdy was a great salesman and and kept me laughing the whole time. It was the first time I had bought a car without my parents and the Bozard staff answered every question...even the ridiculous ones. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car!! My car had just come in through a trade and the service department also did a great job cleaning up the car!

My Review of Bozard Ford Lincoln:
I wanted to write a short note in praise of the service my husband and I have received from Henry Rowe on the numerous occasions we have dealt with him. Before we even came into the dealership, he responded quickly and thoroughly to our email inquiries. Prior to buying our F150 in 2010, Henry was extrememely patient with our requests to see different vehicles, unusually knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles in which we were interested, and very willingly did an inventory search to find just the right truck. Unlike many car salespeople, he did not pressure us into a decision before we were ready and seemed genuinely interested in our needs. On the day we purchased our new Ford F150, Henry spent an entire afternoon with us, ensuring that all our questions were answered and that we were completely satisfied with the deal. We even came back the next day at his invitation so that he could help us with some further questions we had regarding our Sync system, and he spent more time with us on the phone later to help with a question about our iPhone and using Sync. In our more recent contact with Henry while shopping for a car a few weeks ago, we received the same outstanding service. In these days when good customer service seems to be the exception rather than the rule, Henry stands out. Because of this, we will recommend Henry and Bozard Ford to anyone we know in need of a car.
