My Review of Bozzani Volvo:
I had 2000 Volvo S40 recently I experienced a break problem. So I decided to bring in to Bozzani for diagnosis. The service department said there will be a $100 for diagnosis, so I agree. Also the contract of work order states that $100 will be diagnosis break problem. After 1 hours service call and ask for another $100 due to more diagnosis of problem. The service technician claims that the $100 is only for 1 hour of service, and that $100 of what I getting out they think it might be vacuum pump. They want another $100 to open the vacuum pump to make sure it’s actually a vacuum pump. Service technician also states that if is not vacuum pump they will want few more hundreds dollars to run another diagnosis, which can be costly. I asked service technician he also stated that if is vacuum pump it will be $200 of diagnosis + vacuum pump ($350) to be total of $550! My suggestion to you is to stay away from a dealer that asks several time of diagnosis fee. The service technician also claims that if diagnosis on engine it might cost you $500 - $1000 because it’s more complicate. Also if you decided to perform the service, the diagnosis is not part of service fee, its additional to the service fee!

My Review of Bozzani Volvo:
5 for friendliness & that's it!!!
I visited this dealer for service because of mediocre service at Westside Volvo. Get this, I bought my new S40-2004 in April. I've taken that darn car in 7x's since i've bought the car.

I've visited Bozzani 4/7x's and each time... they haven't helped. On my 7th visit, they needed to order my headliner for the 2nd time because they "claimed" that the part have been cut shorter than normal.

I waited 2 weeks for the part. Gloria called me to let me know that the part would be in "someday" next week. I called back the following day to get specific info. Gloria transferred me to the parts dept., I FOUND THAT GLORIA HAD NEVER ORDERED THE PART, NOR DID THEY EVER HEAR OF A "HEAD-LINER BEING TOO SHORT" --Gloria sent the lie for someone else to spill!!!

If you do use this dealer, plz, plz, confirm your part's order!
