Amazing service Aaron and team we excellent in the service completed on my 2013 Ford Explorer. Lousy sales manager Went to drive a f-150. Came from Janesville,wil which is about 1.5 hrs away. Salesman was Cole and he was a decent guy. We drove the truck and ever Went to drive a f-150. Came from Janesville,wil which is about 1.5 hrs away. Salesman was Cole and he was a decent guy. We drove the truck and everything went well. The lens on the tail light was broken which I found odd it wouldn't have been fixed. I had cash to purchase and made my offer which was very very close to the listed price. I asked that the tail light be fixed too since it only seemed right( I was told over the phone there was no damage on the truck). Cole thinks my offer is good and goes to Tim Tucci's office his sales manager to discuss the deal. From my seat across the dealership I can hear Tim telling him that I can just make the drive all the way back to Janesville....(I can assume he didn't like my offer as his voice trails off). I don't know what prompted the loud discussion but he could have at least closed the door. Needless to say Cole came back and told me they couldn't move on the price or fix the tail light. I shook Cole's hand and headed for the door. He asked me to wait one minute as he visited his manager one more time. I waited by the door and Tim himself came out and told me they would sell the truck for the price they wanted. I shook his hand and said we couldn't agree and left. Why would this dealership use my distance of travel against me in a deal? I conducted myself professionally. Not sure why the environment was so unwelcome. I considered contacting Mr. Manning himself but after reading some of these reviews I don't think it will help. More
