Reason for Visit: Service
I recommend this dealer: No
My Review of Brad Noe Autoplex:
Appallling. Own an A6 and regret it solely due to service issues.
1. the dealership must be massively undercapitalized, because even the most basic, routine parts must be special ordered. That means all service requires at least 2 days, if not 3 or 4. Better own a backup car, or get real friendly with the Hertz franchise next door.
2. Maybe a commentary on Audi/VW quality, but service routinely is booked 10-20 days out. Not so good when your car has broken down. Again, back to Hertz...
3. I agree with other reviewers that their ham-fisted mechanics routinely break things in trying to make repairs. "Oh, well, when we got in there we saw that this and that was just broken, how strange." Make a big fuss, and they'll do the right thing. But they'll try to make things seem your fault.
4. Labor rates are stratospheric. If you must buy a VW/Audi and live in Tulsa, plan to look elsewhere for service once your warranty expires. Or just sell the darn car.
5. As for new car sales, they use a posse of "professional" middle aged guys they picked up from GM dealers. Old school, as in "how much money do you have to spend" and "what do I have to do to get you to buy that car today?"
These guys are a threat and a menace to the car owning experience. It doesn't have to be that way. Sure wish Audi/VW would straighten this place out -- they need a management receivership. If they were half the organization as the local Toyota dealership, I'd buy another A6 this year. Instead, I'm trying to find a car almost as good as an Audi, but not an Audi. It's a tough search.
