Perhaps things will change.

My Review of Brad Noe Autoplex:
spent $1000 to get my car fixed. they kept it a week. did not even fix the problem. and when i went to pick up my car, it would not even start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i asked the manager to fix it so i could drive home cause i didnt want to spend my night at brad noe, and he threw up his hands and said "what am I supposed to do, what do you want me to do?" what a load of crap! worst customer service EVER! don't go there. please. you WILL regret it. they are so very rude. i never write on things like this...but i am sooooo furious. i dont' have alot of money and it really hurt me to have to shell out $1000. I am a recent college grad and don't have the best job ever. i am just trying to live my life being a good person. and its really terrible when bad things happen to good people. i just pray that God helps me not keep a grudge. but i am soooo very mad right now. soo sooo soooo very mad. I live my life having to give quality customer service...and its just frustrating that all the goodness i have sowed, has only reaped me shitty results with rude people who take my money and don't even fix my car. God help. Please

My Review of Brad Noe Autoplex:
We recently bought a 2008 VW Touareg and we could not be happier! The customer service was by far the best and the most professional we had encountered during our car search. We felt we were given a more than fair price and appreciate all the hard work and follow up service from the associates at Brad Noe. Our overall experience was phenomenal and we would definitely recommend Brad Noe Autoplex!

My Review of Brad Noe Autoplex:
Very customer orientated with sales and service follow-up. I have bought 1 VW and 2 Audis and have always received the best price on each purchase and a loaner when a car has to be in the shop. I couldn't ask for a more responsive dealership or a better product, and I've owned them all.

My Review of Brad Noe Autoplex:
Ten days to get appointment then they say we don't have one. (twice) They were to repair headliner in car because of sunroof leak, car came back with headliner loose, filthy, lights not working and dangling. Went back in, headliner now glued to ceiling and glue is seeping through fabric. Goes back in, partially fixed again. They told me my car is 'drivable'. Car has been in shop for 4 weeks this summer and i stil don't have it back. Never never never go there for service.

My Review of Brad Noe Autoplex:
Trying to make this short and to the point:

An appointment was scheduled at 1:30pm to find out why our car was overheating. The car was dropped off at the appointed time and were told they would call us when it was ready (just the diagnostics)
By 5:15 we called them not realizing they close at 5:30. - They never got to our car and promised it would be first in the morning.

They called the next morning to inform us it was a faulty light and we just needed our reservoir "topped off" and it was ready to go. After encouraging them to take it on a test drive - we hear nothing from them until we call them back. They said it was taken on a ten mile test drive and is working fine.

While picking it up we were assured that it was a faulty light, is now fixed and should only come on if the car is actually overheating. We made it about four miles down the highway before the light came on again. - Obviously there was never a test drive.

The reservoir is visibly boiling when we take it back to them that same day. There it stays through the weekend . Monday- no follow up phone call. Once again WE have to call THEM. They say the problem is a hose they didn't notice last time. But, it will have to be special ordered. (with a $20 fee to overnight the part). TUesday - we hear nothing .Weds - Turns out the $300 hose isn't the problem it's the $900 (parts and labor) water pump. All of a sudden our bill goes from $300 to $1200 A price we did not agree on. Said he would call us back. Never heard from him. Thursday- as usual had to call them - after holding for ten minutes they finally just disconnect us. Called back and were informed by another employee that they would have our rep get back to us. Still waiting on that call.

Will never go there ever again (once they finally give our car back) Will never by vw again.

Brad Noe -no follow through.
Brad Noe- no customer service.
Brad Noe- Over pricing on parts and labor - mis diagnosis for multiple repairs.

My Review of Brad Noe Autoplex:
They seemed very nice on the phone unlike the other OK dealership. They told me they would price a car at $750 over invoice but came back with the window sticker, and called it a value price...I thought they were joking at first.

They won't competitively price a car but they are nice and easy to deal with, I will use them for service when I'm in Tulsa.

My Review of Brad Noe Autoplex:
Appallling. Own an A6 and regret it solely due to service issues.
1. the dealership must be massively undercapitalized, because even the most basic, routine parts must be special ordered. That means all service requires at least 2 days, if not 3 or 4. Better own a backup car, or get real friendly with the Hertz franchise next door.
2. Maybe a commentary on Audi/VW quality, but service routinely is booked 10-20 days out. Not so good when your car has broken down. Again, back to Hertz...
3. I agree with other reviewers that their ham-fisted mechanics routinely break things in trying to make repairs. "Oh, well, when we got in there we saw that this and that was just broken, how strange." Make a big fuss, and they'll do the right thing. But they'll try to make things seem your fault.
4. Labor rates are stratospheric. If you must buy a VW/Audi and live in Tulsa, plan to look elsewhere for service once your warranty expires. Or just sell the darn car.
5. As for new car sales, they use a posse of "professional" middle aged guys they picked up from GM dealers. Old school, as in "how much money do you have to spend" and "what do I have to do to get you to buy that car today?"

These guys are a threat and a menace to the car owning experience. It doesn't have to be that way. Sure wish Audi/VW would straighten this place out -- they need a management receivership. If they were half the organization as the local Toyota dealership, I'd buy another A6 this year. Instead, I'm trying to find a car almost as good as an Audi, but not an Audi. It's a tough search.

My Review of Brad Noe Autoplex:
Everything on my 2004 A4 is covered for 4yrs/50000 m (exept tires)
they tried to charge me for burned out headlights that are clearly covered under warranty, the pan under the engine came loose during a snow storm and ripped dragging the ground, (i bought a new pan, from them) they wanted to charge me labor for removing and replacing the pan, even though it was in for scheduled oil change. It must be removed anyway. Upon arriving at the service department it takes them about five minutes for them to acknowledge you--car is usually unvacumed at pickup
I will buy in OKC next time and do my own maintenance
