I went in to the dealership asking for a lot, I received everything I asked for along with great customer service and a fair price. I was driving a car I hated and now thanks to John and Jeff I'm driving a car I love, a 2013 jeep wrangler. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a jeep or Chrysler.

Most of my visits are for routine maintenance, where I drop in without an appointment. Mark is consistently helpful and courteous, and works hard to get me in and out quickly. If there's a backup, he'll inform me of the likely wait time, and let me make the decision about waiting or leaving. If during the visit a potential or actual problem is found, Mark will explain it to me in easily understandable terms and provide options. Depending on the level of information I desire, Mark will involve the service technician as appropriate. The customer service area is attractive and comfortable.

Great experience getting an oil change as usual. Mark in the service department is always very friendly, courteous, and informative. Great service overall! I would recommend this service department to friends.

I have bought a lot of new cars in the past this dealership was the best dealership I have worked with. They did not pressure me at all and got the vehicle i wanted for the price I wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I have dealt with Bradshaw Jeep for several years. I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and return whenever it needs to be serviced.They are a friendly ,helpful neighborhood dealer. At one point I had a problem with Chrysler regarding warranty and Bradshaw stepped up and straightened it out with Chrysler within a day.. Service is very convenient , reasonable ,and they do what you expect they will do. Bradshaw is a refreshing change in today's world that concentrates on speed and profit. It's nice to "Feel" like a valued customer!

First, service staff was accomodating in rescheduling the initial appointment due to my wife being admitted to the hospital. Second, Mark was very friendly and recognized our desire to complete the work in one day. He also arranged for someone to check a display notice on my other vehicle when we picked up the Sebring.

I must say I had such a great & pleasant experience with Bradshaw Chrysler Jeep on 3/13/13. My jeep broke down and as soon as it arrived to the service shop, Mark gave me a call. He kept me in the loop all day with phone calls and updating me in my vehicles progess. It was my only day off and I am so glad I was not stuck in there. I was actually running around doing errands with my family. I am so please with the quality of work they did and the excellent customer service he provided me was top rate. I will be going back for an oil change this weekend and I will keep going to this shop for any future service to any of my Jeeps. I would recommend my family & friends to get their vehicles serviced here, not just with the quality and propt service, but the high quality customer service I received. I purchased a vehicle from Bradshaw's in January and would definitely recommend their dealership. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and patience. I had several vehicles I wanted to test drive before I made my decision. I found the majority of the dealerships I went to pushy and some downright rude. That was definitely not the case at Bradshaw. I worked with William Cruz , as my salesperson, and he was polite, pleasant, and didn't rush me. The financing was handled by Jeff, and again I didn't feel rushed. He explained all my options very clearly. I would definitely recommend Bradshaw's .. OH..the best part, I LOVE my new jeep.

This dealership is exactly what you want when buying a vehicle - no pressure, great price, no pressure, excellent customer service! ...Did I mention no pressure? We went in late in the afternoon a couple days ago just to look around, and surprised ourselves by finding exactly the right vehicle for us. We even had them run a credit app for us before committing, before we left that day. Will asked us if we wanted him to hold the vehicle - didn't ask for a deposit, he just put a hold sticker on the vehicle for us. Few dealers will do that!

The whole experience was wonderful, and we will highly recommend Bradshaw's to everyone.
