My Review of Brady Bushey Ford Jeep:
I had service done here. They did some things that were not necessary and were told not to do (destroying the fittings to my power steering fluid pump and replacing it with a reman.) and their sloppy work cost me additional repairs elsewhere. (Such as draining off coolant and not replacing it so I drove off the lot without sufficient levels.) During follow up visits to address some of the problems they had caused but would not admit to or address, the service manager tried to convince me to get a $4,000. engine overhaul without having performed any tests. This because they had failed to replace a $3.00 grommet under pcv valve during the tune-up portion of this service. Twice they told me that they checked the seating of the valve and if there wass no problem there, I needed a new engine. I question their integrity and their ability. Belatedly, I have learned from several people that they suffered similar (in some cases, the exact same) experiences. Steer clear.
