Halfway between the ordering of my new mini and it's delivery, my original sales consultant left the dealership; Deb Krueger took over for him. I couldn't have been treated better. She was so very friendly, kind and helpful. Deb was determined to keep me in the loop about my car's production. I had been sharing a car with my 16yo son so was very anxious to receive my new car.
When car was complete and I met Deb, I felt as if I had known her forever.
Deb was very knowledgable about the car and appreciated that no one wants to spend forever at a dealership. She had everything organized and ready to go and spent as much time as I needed to acclimate me to my new car. She was precise and to the point again understanding that most folks are anxious to drive their new car and not spend unnecessary time at the dealership.
One last thing that was an over the top special thing: there were balloons tied inside my car and two congratulations signs in the windshield. She also moved the car to a spot a bit more secluded as many people that were coming in to the dealership kept touching my beautiful kite blue convertible and she wanted it to be perfectly untouched when I arrived.

Our sales lady, Deb was awesome. She patiently took the time to answer all questions and did not pressure us in any way. Not only did she deliver the car to our door, but also met with us the following day to demonstrate all the operations and options of the vehicle.

We were extremely pleased with Deb's expertise with regard to the Mini's, the various models and the features on each of them. She was very
patient with us and took the time to investigate which models were available. Deb also worked to assist us in obtaining the financial result we requested.
On a more personal note, I found the "Congratulations" banner and the white ribbons to be a really nice touch. Deb also instructed me to return at any time for assistance in installing Bluetooth and radio selection process. We also found the other Mini personnel to be very friendly and helpful.
