My Review of Branch Toyota:
That was by far, the worst customer service experience that i have ever seen in my entire life. During my last visit at branch toyota i brought in my toyota rav4 for service and i was told that i needed to replace two shift celonoids in my transmission because my vehicle was'nt shiftin gears properly. After being told that i went ahead and did what they said it will definetely fix the problem, which it did not. I left my vehicle there for over a week so that they can work on it, and when i went there to pick it up they told me that my vehicle was not ready because now after replacing the 2 shift celonoids in the transmission the car was acting even worse. When i asked them "again" what the problem was they told me that i needed to replace the transmission in it which i found out later that it was not neccessary, because all that was causing all the problems was the computer. During the entire time the computer was the one that needed to be replaced and not the transmission nor the shift celonoids. After i found out that the computer was the one that caused all the problems i went to the store managers office and tryed to talk to him and see if we could work out a deal on the problem. The answer that i got from him was to just get ut of his office and never return.
