My Review of Brandon Auto Mall:
These people prayed on a 79 year old greatgrandma and screwed her on the cost of the car by over charging about $6000.00 These people are very unscrupulous and knew they was taking advantage. They have no remorse and If I knew anyone was planning on going there to but a car ai would tell them do not go there if you value your money. They are crooks. I know this because the lady is my mom. She even asked them to make it right and they said that they were totaly in their right. Please please BUYER BEWARE of this company. BRANDON AUOTMALL in Brandon/Valrica Floridaassociated with ERNIE HAIRE FORD of Tampa Florida.

My Review of Brandon Auto Mall:
I purchased my vehicle on April 10 and on the morning of April 11 I had no windshield wipers working. I was terrified that they let me leave the lot with windshield wipers that did not work since I was recently in a car accident in the rain that totaled my car. Today is April 18 and I still do not have my car back and I have been treated horribly by the staff. I have never been treated so badly that I have been in tears when I go in to check on my car. They did not verify the safety check list that they list on a sticker on the car. That is scary. It could have rained the day I left the lot and I would have been terrified.

My Review of Brandon Auto Mall:
They will not give back my down payment on a truck they could not get fin. when I was told they would. What happened was we wnet and got a truck from them and they told us that we were approved but they was waiting on a paper from the bank. we told them we did not want to take the truck if we was not approved and they said we was go ahead and take it home. A week later they called and told us we was not approved and to take the truck back. Well we took the truck back on the day the called and when we got there the blocked the truck in and told us they did not have are down payment we needed to wait till Monday. i feel the check for the down payment should hve been there when i gave back the trusk. I whunt in on Monday and they told me thy did not have my down payment but it would be ready on Tuesday. Well it is tuseday and I still don't have my down payment back. I have called the state on them and they told me what the did was illegal and I have call and stared the paper work to sue the car lot.
