"The only place I will buy vehicles from!"
Let me say this, "Brandon Ford is the only place I go to buy vehicles". I have bought 3 vehicles from Brandon Ford over the last 4 years, and Sudesh, "Jack" is the only person I deal with from the sales side. There is absolutely NO high pressure sales approach, and once the deal is made, the rest of the buying process is just as comfortable. Brandon Ford is interested I building a long term relationship with their customers;
In addition, if you are willing to wait a little bit to work with Seth in the finance department, it is well worth your time. I have been financing heavy equipment for 15 years, and Seth is a professional. While Seth did offer and recommend various additional offerings such as extended warranties, he did not try to pressure me to buy them. Full discloser, I purchased a certified used vehicle, and did purchase an extended warranty.
I have had no issues with any of the used vehicles purchased from Brandon Ford... again, I cannot recommend this dealership and Sudesh, "Jack", high enough.
"Great deal, Suspect math "
Let me start by saying that the deal I got on my Transit Connect was great. To prove the point, I'm in New Jersey and flew to Florida to make the purchase. Now the math issue, I believe they use an outside firm to handle titling and registering out of state deals. When the sales person sent me the initial breakdown of all the costs, I noted that the sales tax figure was incorrect. I let him know and he said that the numbers came from this "firm" and if there's any problems it will addressed. Fast forward to when I received my plates, registration and a refund check for over charges, there wasn't a breakdown of how they arrived at the refund total. I asked for it and they were kind enough to send it to me but there was still that sales tax discrepancy. It was clear as day in the breakdown they sent me. There was the sales tax charged me and further down was the amounts of tax paid out to FL and NJ. Well after multiple email exchanges with the sales person, highlighting their own numbers, I just gave up. Bottom line $124, not the end of the world but it's the principle. Could have been a 5 Star review!

In our lifetimes, we have worked with 14 car dealerships to purchase vehicles. I am pleased to say Brandon Ford was THE BEST dealership to work with hands down. We drove nearly five hours to purchase our new 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium (our sixth Ford vehicle). Initially I thought there is no way a dealership could be as fabulous as the reviews indicated. However, the entire process from the initial call to arriving the next day was seamless, professional and very warm.
Our salesman, Jim Gordon, and the sales manager Bob Mulroy, lived up to the glowing reviews and then some. They were honest, transparent, worked hard for our deal, and have an incredible inventory of Ford vehicles on site. We received a significant discount as they are a high volume dealer with down home service. Any vehicle color or trim level you want to see is certainly on their lot. This makes for a cool vehicle buying experience!
There was no pressure, there was simply pride in exceptionally crafted American vehicles. They believe in their products and their work proves their commitment. We left grateful, proud of our new vehicle, and a long-time friend of Brandon Ford's. Since leaving, we have received a call as well as email following up on our experience and ensuring all our needs were met. This is rare customer service that extended beyond a business. The truly care about their products, their customers, and every transaction that they make.
