My Review of Brandow Jeep:
This dealership sells "certified" used cars, but they are lemons! I have spent over $2000 repairing a car that is only 4 years old, and it just had to be towed for the second time in 6 weeks.
There is one nice guy in the service department, Alfredo, everybody else is a total jerk. I took my Jeep in for service, HAD AN APPOINTMENT, and told them I had to wait for it, and 4 hours later it was still sitting in the parking lot, they hadn't even started it yet. When I asked them why it hadn't been taken yet, the guy Walt shrugged his shoulders and kind of chuckled.
I feel like they blow me off because I am a young, single woman.

My Review of Brandow Jeep:
I have been dealing with Brandow Chrysler Jeep for several years now. There has been a marked improvement in their service department within the last year. I understand the service department has had a new director during that time period. The facility has been updated and remodeled in the service area and the service employees have been a pleasure to deal with. I have been completely satisfied with the services I've had done to my vehicle.

These people are under investigation by the attorney general and are just after many not satisfied customers. They suck ....STAY AWAY!!!

The company as a whole did not provide what was promised, the car from day one broke down. However, the worst aspect of this dealer is the service shop. Everytime the car goes for service they recommend me to do things they did three months before, they are only worry about making money not realizing that customers are not stupid.

My Review of Brandow Jeep:
I had an absolute horrible experinece with the dealership. The service department gave me my car back after a simple check out, and when returned to me, my car was worse then when started and stalled out on street road in front of the dealership. In addition, while my car was in the service department, my credit card was stolen from my car and illegally used. These are only two of the problems I had with this dealership service department.
