Just purchased my 3rd Ford pick up truck and the way I was treated it was excellent in all aspects. I found exactly what I was looking for, price was great, customer service excellent. Therese was really helpful throughout the whole process. We owed alot on our trade in, but she was able to help us find a vehicle we could afford and finance. She was very knowlegable about the Ford line and the various model's features. I felt very comfortable and would send my friends and family to see her to buy a car.

Without her help.. I am sure I would still be driving my old car.

The whole process went very smoothly. Therese is very detailed, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Once we settled on the new vehicle, she worked with the sales manager to get the best price for the trade in. After the sale, she went over the various functions of thr new car (and considering the tech with new Hybrid cars, there was a lot to go over).

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

My husband scouted out the dealership and promised I would really like Paul. We both liked him so much and think he made the experience of buying a car -- which we dread and avoid -- pleasant and interesting. Add to the obstacles the fact that we were looking at a category of car that was completely new to us. Paul was calm and extremely knowledgeable and never pressured us.
We had recently decided it was time to take a cue from the environment, so we were looking -- we thought -- for a hybrid. Largely because of the information Paul was able to provide, we bought a car that goes a step beyond a hybrid and runs on an electric charge that should take me and my C-Max Energi through most of my days around town.
I am encouraged to know that, if the all-new technology eludes me, we can call Paul Ipjian for help.
