My Review of Brenner Cadillac-Oldsmobile:
Brenner's Cadillac reneged on there promise. I have obtained a written notation on my sales slip by Mr. Young which we shook hands for another grille and placed it on my sale slip. In addition to this he has promised me two oil changes and a touch up kit (paint). I have received my paint kit but they reneged on the front wire grille.Mr. Young was the salesman and Mr. Mollator was the manager who refused to honor Mr Young comments on the sales sheet . If the comments were not recognized, then why did I get the paint kit? I have tried to on other occasions to contact Mr. Brenner and also the General Manager Mr. Mauser, but no replies. A Mr. Abdul , salesman called and said no to anything nor would he accept comments regarding this issue.If additional information is needed and letters to the contrary, please be free to call or send an E-mail.
