Drew is great. Got me in for an alignment for our brand new 2024 Sequoia Platinum. It was delivered to us in poor shape. Pulled to the right. Also the leg extension feature for the driver side didn’t work correctly. When we got it back on Friday the alignment was not fixed correctly. It now pulls to the left. The steering wheel is off center still. And the seat issue was not addressed. The tech told Drew that there is a sensor that kills the switch if it feels weight. That bull crap. I tried using it today with no luck. I even tried it without sitting in the seat. Switch still doesn’t work. All the other seat adjustments work fine. More

A little while back, I noticed a positive change in the atmosphere at Brent Brown Toyota. My most recent experience was wonderful; timely, gracious, welcoming, and really collegial. My previous experiences, prior to about a year+ ago, had been quite negative and I avoided coming to Brent's as much as possible. I don't know what shifted, but it seems significant to me . . . The atmosphere is *way* better; helpful employees who no longer feel pressured to pressure me. Before, the air was combative. Now, it's welcoming and helpful. I appreciate that. It does not go unnoticed! So! Whether it was a management change, or whatever else, THANK YOU. More
