My Review of Bresee Chevrolet:
The overall experience with this dealer was well. Dave is a friendly individual who made the customer feel welcomed and not pressured to make a decisions right there. The atmosphere was also welcoming and friendly between us and between co workers. The only issues my boyfriend and I observed was the pin strip that was put on our car. The pin strip lines are over lapping each other in areas and also began to come off the car within the first week of having it. This is very upsetting based on buying a new car for the first time in our life. There was also a bee hive inside the passenger door panel that my mom stuck her thumb in. She was lucky there were no bees inside. Based on this detail and some marks on the door, I personally do not believe that car was cleaned to the best quality.

Watch out, this dealership will charge you fees for no work done. Recently asked for a price quote and was billed for a diagnostic that the car did not require. I told them what was wrong and was called later in the day and told exactly what I already knew at the bargain price of 82 dollars. Then I called Dave (head service guy) and tried to get the fee dropped that Steve told me about. He told me that due to a technicality that I would have to pay the fee. I talked calmly and respectfully while being mocked and talked down to. Dave and I did not reach a common understanding and he was very firm. I then went to the dealership to pick up my car and was met at the door, escorted to the counter and treated like a criminal or someone that was going to go postal. I have no idea why as I did not indicate at any time that I was an unreasonable person. I was supervised and watched like a hawk until I left the building. I am not sure if treating people like this is common practice when there is a civil disagreement. I have never seen a car dealership so childish about 82 dollars. I am not sure about any of you, but I would never set foot in this dealership in a service related manner. I am leary of those that hold you to terms that are not expressed or written anywhere and are supposed to be "common knowledge". Common knowledge is not knowing everything about a dealership. May the buyer beware with these crafty scam artists.

Jonathan was very friendly and pleasant to do busibess with. I have already recommended people to your dealership and i am very pleased with my new chevy pickup.Just wished i'd got a chevy hat or i had noticed there were no window rain deflectors. but that was my fault and not yours. thanks to everyone who made getting a new truck easy. I have purchased 9 new vehicles from Dave Sachel and John Sloan at Bresee since 2002 and have reccomended them to several other friends and family. They are very professional and efficient and have never had a single complaint with any of my vehicle purchases. The dealership is always clean and neat and my vehicles are always deliverd spotless and full of fuel. They are always a pleasure to deal with and will continue to buy from them as my children beging to drive. My 16 year old and I purchased his forst vehicle from Dave and John and we will continue to do so.

Jerome Fire Equipment purchased the last five vehicles from Bresee Chevrolet. The reason of all the purchases given Bresee is the salesperson. Buzz Barr has treated fair and honest with purchase. Its nice to trust the salesperson your dealing with so vehicle do not need to be shopped around. We continue to purchase vehicle from Buzz Barr and Bresee Chevrolet.

Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with. I have owned foreign cars in the past, including two subarus. I loved the look of the new Malibu and ended up completing the purchase during my first visit to the dealership. Everyone is very friendly, and the car has been wonderful.

There was no pressure on me to purchase a vehicle. The dealership allowed me to test drive the two vehicles that I was interested in and they allowed me to drive them as far and as much as I wanted. I was able to have all my questions answered and Joseph was particularly helpful in recommending the vehicle that was appropriate to our needs.

Buzz was very attentive to my needs and wants. Made several great suggestions. Helped me get a very good "deal" and great financing. His follow up service is outstanding. This is the 6th vehicle that I have purchased through him as I have followed him to three different dealerships. He goes above and beyond the call to fill my needs with a vehicle.

When I first came in Itold the sales person that I was just looking now and I was coming back in 2to3 weeks to buy a car.I told him what I was looking for and the price range,and the sales person(Bill Bertram) gave me some rough pricing on a couple cars. I told the sales person I was looking around wanted his best price,and told him I would give Bresee the fist shot at selling me the car. So I looked a round and no other place was as friendly as Bresee and Bill. What I really liked about Bill was that he never bugged me with phone calls during the 2to3 weeks after I first spoke with him about the car.When I came back to buy the car guess what Bill had one price for me, no goig back and forth with the sales manager, that was great. Nice job Bill,John and Stan.It was a pleasure dealing with you guys and Bresee. When I see your boss,Jeff Crouse I will tell him about mine experience with his sale personal at his dealership.It was a PLEASURE buying acar form Bresee.
