My Review of Brian Harris Porsche:
This place will go out of there way to overcharge you. They charged me $112 for a Porsche OEM part that has a list price of $46! When they replaced my battery they failed to reset the radio code and then told me I would have to schedule another appointement so they could download the code. I called a porsche dealer in PA and told them my VIN - they told me the code over the phone. Avoid this place if at all possible. Troy is rude and unhelpful. Porsche North America should revoke their dealership agreement.

My Review of Brian Harris Porsche:
Brian Harris may well be the worst Porsche Dealer in existance. They are however the only Porsche dealer within 100 miles, so we are stuck with them. It took over a week for them replace a bad thermostat on my '01. They are horrible and make no effort to appologize for their incompetance. I took my car in at 8:15 on a Thursday and did not hear back until 5:45 at which time I was told they did not have the part in stock and it was too late to order, so they would not have my car until Tuesday at the earliest. I could've order the part online and had myself on Monday! They couldn't even be bothered to call on Tuesday to tell me they didn't have the gasket to go with the thermostat. Unreal - The Gasket can be ordered with the thermostat - it comes as a kit. They are just aweful. it is probably worth driving to Houston for Service rather than endure their arrogance and utter laziness
