We have been looking for a reliable used car for almost 2 weeks. Car after car, we were let down. We looked in carfax and found many rebuilt/salvaged cars. The service and friendliness at Brickell Honda was extraordinary, I wish we would have gone there first. Next time, I will definitely start there! This is my second car with this dealer. This is by far the fastest I have ever bought a car. In and out in less than 1 1/2 hour. No pressure in buying, and I dealt directly with the owner. Maintenance included, which is a plus. I will definitely recommend them.

The employees we worked with were very pacient, friendly and we felt welcome, the customer service was great very respectfull and attending aour needs,the quality of work, was also great, very fast and organized with the papers and explaining every proccess of payment. First we went to the Honda motors to do the car servive and Bladimir always treats us great, the Hanoi was the one who greeted us and decided to change the car for a new one, we search for the car that covered what I needed working with him a Abel was pleasure, they were very friendly, when it was turn for finace Carlos make sure we understood everything and presented all of the options we could take and had a pleasent conversation, and very efficiant with his work. I like this dealershio and I'll continue to come here for future services.

My Review of Brickell Honda:
We had a great experience buying a new 2010 Honda CR-V last weekend for our daughter at Brickell Honda. We did lots of research online, comparing the CR-V to other vehicles in it's class, and came away confident that we were choosing a well conceived, engineered and safe vehicle. From the moment we stepped through the doors at the dealership and introduced ourselves to Rick Barraza, one of the partners, we were treated wonderfully. He placed us in the very capable hands of Emil Kasumov, who took us for a test drive and patiently explained the many positive qualities of the CR-V to my daughter and me. When Emil had to attend business of his own, Mario Cinelli took over cheerfully, guiding us through negotiations. There was no pressure to buy immediately, and they expressed no disappointment that my wife needed just a bit more time to sift through the offer and the process. We visited another Honda dealer for a competitive comparison, but it wasn't long before we left and quickly returned to the friendly environment at Brickell Honda, where to my daughter's amazement and delight we selected her new car and consummated the deal with ease and confidence. A big thank you to the professionals at Brickell Honda, Emil, Mario and Rick for helping make the whole dreaded car buying process such a painless and pleasurable one.
