The people at this dealership are very rude.
They do not know the meaning of customer service.
After all the rudeness their prices are not even competitive.
I was able to find a better deal at another dealership.

My Review of Bridgewater Acura:
The salesman was very nice but when purchasing a certified they give terrible service. I had to put new tires on an MDX, the transmission makes a noise that they know about and it's supposed to be fixed under waranty. Every time I go to service they tell me they cannot hear it and won't fix it until they can. They drive it around for about five minutes. The car needs brakes which should not be after 8,000 miles put on a certified pre-owned; they should have put new ones on just like the tires. When I call the service department, the ladies there who answer are not nice at all and seem like they cannot be bothered. Save yourself the aggravation, go to Clinton Acura where they are very nice and will work with you to get things done.

My Review of Bridgewater Acura:
I had an excellent experience at Bridgewater Acura when buying a certified. The people were friendly and accommodating. They were not standing outside waiting for someone to show up like other dealers I visited, they were able to meet my FAIR price when all other dealers would only agree to take $200 off. They worked with me to get the deal I wanted on the car I wanted without giving me a song and dance about how they would be losing money if they sold it to me for more than $200 off. When there was an issue with one of the certified requirements not being met, they immediately righted their wrong without an argument, just a few checks with the manager. Have not yet received my registration but I am still within the 20-day period, but I do not foresee any issue as they have kept in contact with me about getting the remotes I was promised and I received the title very promptly. Definitely recommend this dealer after going to East Brunswick, Wayne, Princeton, Springfield, and various non-Acura dealers. Talk to Dan in sales, he'll get you the best deal.

Please, save yourself some hardache and go to another Acura dealer. I dealt with so many customer service issues. I called multiple time to get my plates mailed to me, after they told me they were shipped I called back 3-4 days later to find out why i still did not receive them...Apparently they still have not sent them out and the salesman I bought my car through never calls back or picks up when i call the dealer. They didnt even have the heart to call me back and tell me they did not send out the plates. This is Acura you would expect premium customer service...But this is not the case. Just find another dealer to go to and save yourself the headache with dealing with this place and the unprofessionalism. I would not recommend going to this dealer for any service, sales or anything....

The buying experience was very good. However, the day I came to pick the car up the back bumper had been sprayed and they did not tell me. A wavy line of paint drip was formed. The back windshield wiper was messed up, there was no owners manual and the brakes are still making noise. The service manager is very nice, and so was Paul-who sold me the car, but it just seems they cant get it together.

This dealer is not only good in sales but they are the best in after sales service. I have my wiper battery burnt out and they changed it in a day (got the part shipped next day air) and gave me a loaner for the time my car was in the workshop. They are open till 10pm. Their employees are really helpful and polite.

I purchased my Acura from the dealership one year back coz of my cousin's recommendation. I dealt with teh internet sales department. The price was competetive and hassle free. The main attraction of this dealer is the after sales service. I have been treated really great for all the service visits. Very nice and courteous staff.

My Review of Bridgewater Acura:
This dealership sold me a new Acura TL. So far, I've had few problems with the vehicle. The usual minor annoyances which I've had taken care of under warranty. However, I recently had the vehicle in for service at another Acura dealership. They asked me if the car had ever been in an accident. I said no. They then showed me evidence that one of the doors had been removed and repainted. They said that the door had probably been dinged at the original dealer's lot and that they just had their body shop repaint it.
In any event, I find Bridgewater Acura to be highly unethicial and I would strongly suggest that potential buyers to aviod this dealership!

I purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer, and dealt with a very nice gentleman who seems to be very different from the rest of the dealers there. I wish I could remember his name but I know he smokes, and he's got gray hair, and he throws change in your new car for good luck. I believe he's Italian, but that doesn't exactly help in describing a new car dealer sales person. Anyway, the dealership is fair based on my experience, and hasn't given me too many problems. However, the service department is quite different. Friendly courteous behavior has to be genuine, not forced. Their loaner cars are crappy Neons. You want great service, try Sussman Acura in Maple Shade, NJ.
