My Review of Bridgewater Acura:
Please, save yourself some hardache and go to another Acura dealer. I dealt with so many customer service issues. I called multiple time to get my plates mailed to me, after they told me they were shipped I called back 3-4 days later to find out why i still did not receive them...Apparently they still have not sent them out and the salesman I bought my car through never calls back or picks up when i call the dealer. They didnt even have the heart to call me back and tell me they did not send out the plates. This is Acura you would expect premium customer service...But this is not the case. Just find another dealer to go to and save yourself the headache with dealing with this place and the unprofessionalism. I would not recommend going to this dealer for any service, sales or anything....

My Review of Bridgewater Acura:
The buying experience was very good. However, the day I came to pick the car up the back bumper had been sprayed and they did not tell me. A wavy line of paint drip was formed. The back windshield wiper was messed up, there was no owners manual and the brakes are still making noise. The service manager is very nice, and so was Paul-who sold me the car, but it just seems they cant get it together.

My Review of Bridgewater Acura:
I purchased my Acura from the dealership one year back coz of my cousin's recommendation. I dealt with teh internet sales department. The price was competetive and hassle free. The main attraction of this dealer is the after sales service. I have been treated really great for all the service visits. Very nice and courteous staff.

My Review of Bridgewater Acura:
After my son spent many evenings on the internet looking for a used car that he was interested in purchasing, he found one located at this dealership. The dealership is in a state other then our residence but they are neighboring states and have reciprocating agreements. We went there on a Saturday morning to look at and test drive the car. We made the deal and as we were signing the papers we were told that PA. generally takes longer to return the vehicle registration then NJ, where the car was purchased. We were told to notify the company a few days prior to the temporary registration expiring and they would send another temporary to cover the difference. The car has now been undrivable for 10 of the 30 days my son has had the car. We have called repeatedly to be turned over to voice mail with no returned calls. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and has made my sons first car buying experience very disappointing.<br>

My Review of Bridgewater Acura:
This dealer was not very helpful. I was really interested in purchasing a new acura. When I got to the dealer ship nobody wanted to help. After finally speaking to someone I test drove a car. When they realized I was serious. They took my credit info. Then I had a manager come to see me to try and &quot;seal&quot; the deal. In my opinion that is where they really lost the deal. Firstm he did not speak to me (the person purchasing the vehicle) he spoke to the perosn I was with. Total turnoff. Then he tried to find things that him and myself had in common. Bad thing to do in sales if you are really not interested. Finally, the killer was that he went back to his staff - sales team and stated that if I had not been with anyone that night that he would have sold thecar to me. As if I would jump at anything to put myself in the hole. Really really bad sales. If they would only realize that ACURA's sell themselves. So I went to Ocean Acura where I had a great experience, no hassles, no over selling, just laid back and let the car sell itself. What I liked the most is that everyone there was nice and my sales person was great. No pressure. This was my first new car purchase. Highly recommend Ocean Acura!

My Review of Bridgewater Acura:
I purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer, and dealt with a very nice gentleman who seems to be very different from the rest of the dealers there. I wish I could remember his name but I know he smokes, and he's got gray hair, and he throws change in your new car for good luck. I believe he's Italian, but that doesn't exactly help in describing a new car dealer sales person. Anyway, the dealership is fair based on my experience, and hasn't given me too many problems. However, the service department is quite different. Friendly courteous behavior has to be genuine, not forced. Their loaner cars are crappy Neons. You want great service, try Sussman Acura in Maple Shade, NJ.
