My Review Of Bridgewater Volvo:
I came in for a purchase of a new 2013 Volvo S60. Steve Dolly was my sales consultant. After about 15 minutes he had my trade appraised (Bridgewater Volvo offered me $500 more than any other Volvo dealership in the area). We sat down and Steve went over the purchase options, presenting me with the number for the monthly payment. It was a great price (for new car and monthly payments too), but then Steve mentioned the lease option ($200 less a month) I was very happy. No other Volvo dealership I've been to ever mentioned the fact that if I lease - I'd be paying $200 less a month.
So Steve and I struck a deal, I left a deposit (the car I wanted was really hard to find, and I thought it'd have to be factory ordered). However, the very next day I got a call from Steve saying he's located the car and even though it has some extras I did not want, the price on the lease will not change. I agreed and we scheduled a delivery.
When Steve delivered the car he answered all my questions promptly and with great knowledge of the product.
Overall, having purchased dozens of cars before, I was very happy with the process. It was stress free, without any gimmicks or last minute surprises. Everything went smooth like it should (but rarely happens)!
I give Steve Dolly two thumbs up and if you are in the market for a Volvo, I'd go to Bridgewater Volvo and ask for Steve specifically!
