My Review of Brillance Honda:
I believe Sue560 more than jaxzmom since our experience was closer to Sue460's. I don't know anything about any new owners, but I don't think they've changed lately. When I looked up the old owners, who I believe were just called Crystal Lake Honda, it seems they had a similar reputation. Somebody needs to take lessons on customer service. I work in a place where customer service is high on the priority. If I ever had an attitude like Mr. Choe's, I'd expect to be fired. Anger management might be the first lesson he needs, then how to deal with customers so he actually has return customers, and people who recommend the dealership rather than those of us who WARN our friends and all we know about it.

My Review of Brillance Honda:
You have got to be kidding me. Again, this comment from this lady on July 20th about Warren is absolutley ridiculous. You just can't stand being told NO. How stupid do you think the people are who are reading this. He never raised his voice to you or your husband. Your husband started yelling at your sales person EVA. He then got upset with you guys for treating Eva so poorly. You wanted Eva to pay for an extra set of keys out of her own pocket when all she agreed to do was try to get a hold of the previous owner to see if they had another set. Warren Choe was defending Eva. He was not about to let your husband belittle her for all of her hard work. Nor let him talk to her in that way. I think it was respectable for Warren to defend her. People like you are pathetic. Big fat mouches who don't deserve to even be at such a wonderful store like Brilliance Honda. Warren Choe is one of the most knowledgeable sales reps I have ever met. Not to mention I was just there a couple weeks ago and bought another car this time the new Civic SI. He remembered me and was so happy to see me. You are just mad that he told you NO he wasn't going to buy you another $300 key nor make Eva pay for it if the previous owner didn't have one. I truly believe people should make their own decisions about Brilliance Honda. The new owners are so nice. Wouldn't buy any where else.

My Review of Brillance Honda:
We had a terrible experience with the dealership - - Warren Choe in particular. He was absolutely rude and ignorant. He was yelling at me and my husband. We were ready to sign the papers, and were in the process of writing the check when Mr. Choe started yelling again because we questioned the fact that even though we had already shook hands and had a deal, the deal was in fact changing once again, and they would not honor the promies the saleswoman made during the test drive and negotiation process.

I have never been treated this way by a merchant before, and honestly, I was shocked that he would do this to a customer.

If you want a good car dealer who is fair and offers reasonable prices, go to Sullivan Pontiac and ask for Mike Fink. Much better all the way around.

Don't waste your time with Brilliance Honda. They are unethical, unreliable, and just downright nasty.

My Review of Brillance Honda:
Adamsjd, you must be related to someone at Brilliance Honda to get such special treatment. So far, I haven't talked to anyone who went to Brilliance Honda and had a good experience. We should have talked to more people before going there and purchasing a car. If you could have been there to see Mr. Choe's expression and the way he treated us, you wouldn't think it was a great experience either. Obviously, we are NOT alone. You couldn't pay me enough money to go there again. There's a lot of competition out there to go to a dealer who treated us badly, especially right now when cars are not moving much.

My Review of Brillance Honda:
My experience with the dealership was great. I found a vehicle online and went to go take a look and Mr. Ford was very helpful and willing to help. I am only 19 and I am used to salesmen treating me like a 6 year old that is not serious about buying. I was not pushed into the sale or anything. The price was incredible and I love the vehicle. It was a used car and as i was pulling away after signing the paperwork, the check engine light came on. They had me pull the car into the repair bay and checked it for me. They took care of the repair for me and were extremely helpful with everything. Legally they could have sent me away with the light on but they were happy to go above and beyond and do the right thing.

My Review of Brillance Honda:
Since dealing with Brilliance Honda, I can't even tell you how many people we've come across who had a similar experience with this dealership. There are certainly plenty of dealerships out there who would be happy to have your business. Why would you go to this one with a reputation of being pushy and rude? We should have checked on dealerships more before we bought a car. I didn't know about this place before purchasing a car. I want to warn other people so they don't make the same mistake. Unless this dealership gets a new manager to replace Mr. Choe, I would stay far away from this place.

Bought a 2005 Pilot at a great deal thanks to Mr. Choe...brought the car back in for service and the service dept. is great, nice people, good prices and very good techs. Definitely go to Brilliace to buy a car, and especially get it serviced.

i found mr. choe to be a rude and arrogant man. i don't know why anyone would purchase a vehicle from him unless they don't deal with him at all. he needs some anger management classes.

My experience at Brilliance was exceptional. I was greeted with a friendly sales staff; they weren’t too “pushy” they gave me the space I needed to look for a vehicle that I thought suited me and they were readily available when I had questions. It was nice that they knew how to read their customers wants/needs. They were extremely knowlegable in the product line they had to offer. The process of purchasing my car went smoothly as well. Overall it was a great experience.
