the salesman was nice but mr. choe was just plain irritating. he needs to take some lessons on how to treat people not only during a sale but afterwards. if you buy a car from him, do not expect anything from him later.

You found Mr. Choe helpful? Maybe if you don't question any of his practices. Great car - bad dealership. Mr. Choe has a bad, bad temper when you disagree with him. If he wants to gain more business by word of mouth, the best way to gain business, he needs to change his mannerisms. With much competition in the car dealership business, he better get a clue as to how to win people so they will recommend his dealership to friends and acquaintances.

Anyone who is smart would not go to this dealership. There are many other Honda dealers out there who actually care about their customers after they buy a car. Ask others about a dealer before buying a car. You will probably find this one has a reputation and not a good one.

You are a great asset the company. Thank you for everything that you did to make my purchase a pleasant one. To all who is reading this I recommend Brilliance Honda and Mr. Warren Choe. Don't listen to stupid people in all the other ratings. Obviously they are not smart. People always want everything for free. Mr. Choe was amazing and honest with me. Thank you and I love my new Accord.

I went there to buy a 04 Honda Pilot, the price was good. Everything went well until the finance man got very very pushy about extended warrenty and after about 20 minutes I got up and walked out. Told the sales man I wanted my old van back. Mr. Warren Choe asked if he could help. My wife said she wanted the Pilot. I agreed to Mr. Choe to complete the paper work. I was told I was getting $1000 dallers off the price of the Pilot so I send the papers. When I cooled down i found out that Mr. Choe charged me the $1000 for the extended warrenty but kept the payments the same. The understanding was that he was giving me $1000 off the price of the Pilot.
I would not recommend this dealerhip to my worst enemy.
