My Review of Brookdale Ford:
I was working in the area in Feb 07 and my water pump went out on my diesel truck. They took me right in. They gave me an estimate over the phone. They called me and told me that I needed a lower hose, which with 100k it was probably true, I said okay and receive an updated estimate. When I called to pick up the truck, the price was way over the estimate. After talking about it with them they lower the price within reason but still higher than the estimate they gave me. The work is fair. I have developed a small leak at one of the place where a new gasket was installed. Overall, this is one dealer that really didn't stick it to me too bad. I will probably use them again. They probably treat the locals better. I believe the name has changed to Superior Ford.
