I was lured in by internet ad of $20,000, and confirmed it over the phone. Drove over from Jersey. Lost an entire day, due to travel time and the time they wasted with finding the car, credit checks, and etc. At the dealership, it became $24,000. They claimed the differnce was dealer prep and delivery charges! When I showed a copy of the internet add with the lower price and asked them to explain, they had no excuses and no apologies. Just said they couldn't honor it, obviously because they are dishonest people. This is a schlock outfit, don't trust a word they say.

they bring you to the dealer with the promise of low prices posted online. prices online are not honored

the service was horrible.
i wsd told that i would only have to wait 1/2 hour for an oil change - then they ask me were was my car?????

it took them a least a 1/2 hour to locate it.

the service manger, appears to have no idea of how to operate a service dept., by the looks of things.

the customers, including myself, feels that the owner- known as max's - reminds me of "king of fraud", the way he handles customers complaints!!
