The worst buying experience of my life - Salesman called competing dealership representing himself as I and proceeded to mock both the salesman and myself. A horrible experience of unprofessionalism and deceit.

Charged for work that was specifically requested that it NOT be performed. Charged for work that was NOT needed but was performed. Charged for work that was definitely NOT performed. Turned to &quot;mumbling&quot; when I complained &amp; I could not get straight answers.... All this in the same visit ! Failed to send me a HONDA customer service satisfaction SURVEY in the mail, that was <br><br>PROMISED; probably because they knew I was a 'bit dissatisfied. At the same time they charged about 30% more for the work than I could have had it done for at other competent Shops. Amen. + Thanks!
