I took a family member for a test drive of a Jeep. The driving course was a 1/4 mile. I own a Jeep myself that was bought at a different dealership. I am not sure if this dealership has rules on how far you can drive. It was not enough to feel how the car drives. I do not have anything bad to say about Jim other than he started talking money the minute we got into the Jeep. That did not allow you to take in what the transmission, engine and vehicle felt like fully. The reason why I am writing this is for the dealership. You have to concentrate more on your customer service which would include the road course. I love my Jeep Patriot and that is why I want Jeep to succeed. My family member bought a Honda because of this experience. $40,000 lost sale because of that. You made me feel bad about taking a family member to your dealership. More

Not very good with the details of the transaction. The dealership rushed into a transaction at month end without complete disclosure on vehicle specs. Excellent treatment by Service Department. Scheduling appointment was fast and response from Service Representative, Dan, was the best I've experienced in years, even from other B-D dealers. Cost for re appointment was fast and response from Service Representative, Dan, was the best I've experienced in years, even from other B-D dealers. Cost for repairs were expensive and beyond initial scope of job. Dan worked with me on cost and provided a satisfactory final repair bill. I felt that he cared about the customer and did what was reasonable to retain my business. More
