My Review of Brown Pontiac-Hyundai:
I took my hyundai accent to them for repair 7 weeks ago. As soon as I got it back it broke down. I had it towed back to them and they "lost" the car for 3 days. They told me it would take about 3 days to fix, as it needed a new transmission. It has since been 5 weeks with no car. Throughout this time they have not returned calls, promised to call on certain days and then did not, they have told me to come pick up my car when in fact they haven't finished work on it, and have generally been extremely rude on the phone. For example, I asked them if there was another Hyundai dealer in the area that I could have the car towed to to expediate repair (about 3 weeks ago) because I needed my car for work. The service managers reply "your welcome to take your car to the other Hyundai dealer in town." When I asked where it was he replied "there isn't any." I have called and complained to Hyundai three times, they at least offered a two day rental car. Brown Hyundai on the other hand seems unable to fix the car and there seems to be no end in sight. I'm currently considering legal options and would recommend no one purchase a car or get their car serviced at Brown Hyundai.
