My Review of Power Nissan Tempe:
absolutely the worst experience ever for my first time buying a car on my own. Came in to check out what they had on hand and they had something very nice test drove it and loved it. Then the bs came along about negotiating a price. Now what i have realized now is that when they ask you "well what kind of payment are you looking for" is there sucker gimmick into 3 hours of bs. I like how i met like 4 diff sales reps in 3 hours telling me oh we will do this oh we can do that when in all reality there just buttering you up for the final bite in the assss. I think all salesman and woman are a bunch of duuuuushbags and should rot in hell. If you are attempting to buy a new or used care at a dealer good luck because i dont think there is a good experience anywhere you go. At least dont buy from these jerks

My Review of Power Nissan Tempe:
I test drive a vehicle on a Friday afternoon. Went home, did some research, and decided to buy. I contacted Luis first thing in the morning. We agreed to a price and he asked me to come in. He told me someone else was there looking at the car, but that he would tell them it was sold. He also spoke with his manager and he agreed. By the time I arrive, they've sold the vehicle to someone else. They tried to pass another vehicle off on me, ut it wasn't even close to what I wanted. They even called my wife and were rude to her. Stay away from this dealership. You can get the same prices at other dealerships in the valley, and not have to deal with dishonest salesmen.

My Review of Power Nissan Tempe:
They somehow lost the keys and work record when we dropped our car off overnight. They spent the whole next day calling our home number (both my wife and I were working) asking us to drop off a key, since we had obviously not left one for them.<br><br>Once we contacted them and explained that we HAD left a key, and they had lost it, they became much friendlier. They replaced the keys for no charge (electronic keys, so re-keying wasn't required) and offered us a loaner car to allow them another day for service.<br><br>It was a difficult experience, but they did everything in their power to make it better.
