I've dealt with Brown's for many years. I've been treated well 80% of the time. I tried changing to another car service center, but came back to Brown's because the others were worse.

My Review of Brown's Charlottesville Toyota:
I can deal with slow service. I can deal with rude employees. I can not deal with both at the same time. I think Brown has severe organizational problems resulting in overworked employees and dissatisfied custumers.
